22 नवंबर से मध्य प्रदेश में ज्वार और बाजरा किसानों से उत्पाद की खरीद शुरू हो गई है। मध्य प्रदेश के खाद्य, नागरिक आपूर्ति और उपभोक्ता संरक्षण मंत्री गोविंद सिंह राजपूत ने कहा कि ज्वार और बाजरा की सरकारी खरीद 22 नवंबर से हो रही है। किसान 20 दिसंबर, 2024 तक अपनी फसलें बेच सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे सप्ताह, सोमवार से शुक्रवार तक फसल की खरीद की जाएगी, जबकि शनिवार और रविवार को खरीद बंद रहेगी।
किसानों को उनकी फसल के लिए MSP मिल रहा है
राज्य सरकार ने न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) पर मोटे अनाजों की खरीद शुरू कर दी है। केंद्रीय सरकार ने 2024-25 के खाद्य विपणन सत्र के लिए राज्य सरकार को MSP पर खरीदने की मंजूरी दी है। ज्वार की मालदंडी किस्म के लिए MSP को 3,421 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल निर्धारित किया गया है, जबकि हाइब्रिड किस्म के ज्वार के लिए यह 3,371 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल तय की गई है। इसी प्रकार, बाजरा के लिए MSP 2,625 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल निर्धारित किया गया है। मध्य प्रदेश सरकार किसानों को MSP पर उत्पाद खरीदने के लिए भुगतान कर रही है।
16 हजार किसानों ने बिक्री के लिए पंजीकरण कराया
मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने ज्वार और बाजरा की कुल खरीद लक्ष्य 3.50 लाख मीट्रिक टन तय किया है। इसमें से बाजरा की खरीद का लक्ष्य 3 लाख मीट्रिक टन और ज्वार का लक्ष्य 50 हजार मीट्रिक टन है। कुल 16 हजार किसानों ने दोनों फसलों की बिक्री के लिए पंजीकरण कराया है। इनमें से 9854 किसानों ने बाजरा और 5933 किसानों ने ज्वार की बिक्री के लिए पंजीकरण कराया है।
किसानों के लिए कंट्रोल रूम और टेलीफोन नंबर जारी किया गया
राज्य कृषि विभाग ने कहा है कि फसल खरीद के दौरान किसानों की समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए एक कंट्रोल रूम स्थापित किया जा रहा है। इसके लिए टेलीफोन नंबर 0755-2551471 जारी किया गया है। किसान इस नंबर पर सुबह 9 बजे से शाम 7 बजे तक संपर्क कर अपनी समस्याएं बता सकते हैं और समाधान प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा, पंजीकरण और खरीद में उत्पन्न तकनीकी समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए जिला स्तर पर तकनीकी सेल्स स्थापित की जाएंगी। जिला स्तर की समिति सभी खरीद संबंधित विवादों का निपटारा करेगी और खरीदी गई फसल की गुणवत्ता की निगरानी करेगी।

Procurement of produce from jowar and millet farmers has started in Madhya Pradesh from November 22. Madhya Pradesh Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister Govind Singh Rajput has said that government procurement of jowar and millet is being done from November 22. Farmers will be able to sell their crops till December 20, 2024. He said that the produce would be procured throughout the week from Monday to Friday. Crop procurement will remain closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Farmers are getting MSP for their produce
The state government has started purchasing coarse grains at the minimum support price i.e. MSP. For the Kharif marketing season 2024-25, the Center has given approval to the state government to purchase produce at MSP. MSP for Jowar Maldandi variety has been fixed at Rs 3,421 per quintal. Whereas, for the production of hybrid variety of jowar, the government has fixed the MSP at Rs 3,371 per quintal. Similarly, MSP for millet has been fixed at Rs 2,625 per quintal. Madhya Pradesh government is paying farmers the money for purchasing produce at MSP.
16 thousand farmers registered for sale
Madhya Pradesh government has fixed the total procurement target of jowar and millet at 3.50 lakh metric tonnes. Out of this, the target of purchasing millet is 3 lakh metric tons and the target of purchasing jowar has been fixed at 50 thousand metric tons. A total of 16 thousand farmers have registered for the sale of both the crops. 9854 farmers have registered for the sale of millet and 5933 farmers have registered for the sale of sorghum.
Control room made for farmers and telephone number released
The State Agriculture Department said that a control room is being set up to help and resolve problems during crop procurement from farmers. Telephone number 0755-2551471 has been issued for this. Farmers will be able to call this number from 9 am to 7 pm and tell about their problems and get solutions. Apart from this, a district wise technical cell will be formed to solve the technical problems arising in registration and purchase. Technical cell will also be formed at the state level. The district level committee will settle all procurement related disputes and monitor the quality of the procured produce.
