गुना, मध्य प्रदेश में किसान रबी फसलों के लिए उर्वरक की जरूरत में हैं। लेकिन उर्वरक की कमी ने किसानों को परेशान कर दिया है। सिस्टम से नाराज़ किसान अब सड़कों पर आ गए हैं। किसान आरोप लगा रहे हैं कि उर्वरक की काला बाजारी हो रही है। किसानों ने सड़क पर ट्रैफिक पुलिस की बैरिकेड्स लगाकर हाईवे रोक दिया। उन्होंने यहां तक कि एक भैंस को भी ब्लॉक के दौरान नहीं निकलने दिया। भैंस बेचारी वहीं खड़ी होकर यह सब देख रही थी।
जब एसडीएम शिवानी पाठक ने किसानों से जाम हटाने के लिए कहा, तो उन्हें भी बुरा व्यवहार झेलना पड़ा। विरोध कर रही महिलाओं ने एसडीएम पर तंज कसते हुए कहा, “आप काम करके खाएंगी, लेकिन हम और हमारे बच्चों का क्या होगा?”

एसडीएम शिवानी पाठक ने स्कूल जाने वाले बच्चों के लिए रास्ता खोलने की अपील की, लेकिन किसान भड़क गए। किसानों ने महिला अधिकारी को जवाब देते हुए कहा कि अगर उनके बच्चों को एक दिन स्कूल नहीं जाने दिया गया, तो क्या होगा। किसान फसल नहीं बो पा रहे हैं। जब बच्चों को एक दिन स्कूल नहीं जाने दिया गया, तो पूरे प्रशासन में हड़कंप मच गया।

वहीं, धुलकोट जनपद के शैफाली एग्रो में डीएपी उर्वरक में बालू मिलने की शिकायत पर, धुलकोट तहसीलदार और कृषि विभाग के अधिकारियों ने उर्वरक गोदाम को सील कर दिया।
बुरहानपुर में शोर-गुल
गुरुवार को, बुरहानपुर जिले के धुलकोट जनपद में कुछ ग्रामीण किसान और धुलकोट के जेस कार्यकर्ता डीएपी उर्वरक की बोरियाँ लेकर तहसील कार्यालय पहुंचे। ग्रामीणों ने शिकायत की कि डीएपी उर्वरक से बालू निकल रही है। ग्रामीणों की शिकायत पर, तहसीलदार और कृषि विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी शैफाली एग्रो केंद्र पहुंचे। वहां अधिकारियों ने कार्रवाई की और शैफाली एग्रो के उर्वरक गोदाम को सील कर दिया और डीएपी उर्वरक का नमूना लिया। इस कार्रवाई से धुलकोट क्षेत्र में उर्वरक बीज बेचने वाले व्यापारियों में हड़कंप मच गया। कार्रवाई के डर से कई व्यापारियों ने अपनी उर्वरक और बीज की दुकानें बंद कर दीं।

Recently, Union Minister of State for Agriculture Bhagirath Chaudhary had given a statement saying that there is shortage of fertilizers all over India.
On the other hand, on the complaint of sand being found in DAP fertilizer at Shefali Agro of Dhulkot tribal block of Burhanpur district, Dhulkot Tehsildar and Agriculture Department officials sealed the fertilizer godown.
Uproar in Burhanpur
On Thursday, in Dhulkot tribal block of Burhanpur district, some rural farmers and Jais workers of Dhulkot reached Tehsil office Dhulkot with sacks of DAP fertilizer. The villagers complained that sand was coming out of the DAP fertilizer. After the complaint of the villagers, Tehsildar and senior officials of the Agriculture Department reached Shafali Agro Center of Dhulkot. There the officials took action and sealed the fertilizer godown of Shefali Agro by taking samples of DAP fertilizer along with potash and zinc powder. This action of the fertilizer department created panic among the traders selling fertilizer seeds in Dhulkot area. Fearing action, many traders have kept their fertilizer and seed shops closed.

JAIS workers told that the trade of fake fertilizers and seeds is going on in full swing in the entire Burhanpur district.
