11 दिसंबर 2024, भोपाल, मध्य प्रदेश: पशुपालन से बढ़ेगी किसानों की आय! जानिए 50% अनुदान कैसे प्राप्त करें और कौन सी योजनाएँ फायदेमंद हैं – मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के लिए पशुपालन गतिविधियों पर जोर देना शुरू किया है। पशुपालन और डेयरी के लिए स्वतंत्र प्रभार मंत्री लक्ष्मण पटेल ने कहा कि पशुपालन गतिविधियाँ किसानों की आय को दोगुना करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही हैं। इसके तहत मुर्गी पालन, बकरी पालन, सूअर पालन और चारा उत्पादन जैसे कार्यों में किसानों को 50% तक की सब्सिडी दी जा रही है।

राज्य पशुपालन विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक में यह तय किया गया कि किसानों को मुख्यमंत्री पशुपालन विकास योजना और राष्ट्रीय पशुधन मिशन के तहत अधिकतम योजनाओं का लाभ दिया जाएगा। बैठक में प्रमुख सचिव पशुपालन उमाकांत उमराव, पशुपालन निदेशक और सभी विभागों के संयुक्त निदेशक उपस्थित थे।

मोबाइल वेटरिनरी वाहन योजना की सफलता

गाय-भैंस के मालिकों को तात्कालिक चिकित्सा सेवा देने के लिए शुरू की गई मोबाइल वेटरिनरी वाहन योजना किसानों के लिए सहायक साबित हो रही है। इस योजना के तहत हर 1 लाख जानवरों के लिए एक चिकित्सा वाहन तैनात किया गया है, जो कॉल सेंटर नंबर 1962 पर कॉल करने पर गांव में पहुंचता है। वर्तमान में यह सेवा राज्य में 406 लाख जानवरों को दी जा रही है। मंत्री पटेल ने निर्देश दिया कि इन चिकित्सा वाहनों का ठीक से रखरखाव किया जाए ताकि खेतिहर मजदूरों को किसी भी परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े।

चारा उत्पादन से किसानों को लाभ

किसानों को पशुओं के लिए पौष्टिक आहार प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से चारा और घास उत्पादन के लिए प्रेरित किया जा रहा है। मंत्री पटेल ने कहा कि मक्का चार और नेपियर घास से बनाई गई सिलेज भूसे से अधिक पौष्टिक है। सिलेज के उपयोग से दूध की उत्पादन क्षमता बढ़ती है और इसके लागत में भी कमी आती है। इस योजना के तहत किसानों को 50% सब्सिडी दी जा रही है, जिससे वे कम लागत में अधिक लाभ कमा सकें।

मुर्गी और बकरी पालन पर 50% अनुदान

राष्ट्रीय पशुधन मिशन के तहत किसानों को मुर्गी पालन, बकरी पालन और सूअर पालन करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा। मंत्री ने कहा कि इस योजना में स्वयं सहायता समूहों को भी शामिल किया जाएगा। फिलहाल, एक इकाई में 40 मुर्गियों का प्रावधान है, जिसे बढ़ाकर 100 मुर्गियां करने के लिए प्रस्ताव केंद्रीय सरकार को भेजा जाएगा। बाजार में कड़कनाथ चिकन की उच्च मांग को देखते हुए, किसानों को इसका पालन करने के लिए प्रेरित किया जा रहा है ताकि वे अच्छे मुनाफे कमा सकें।

बैठक में गाय के आश्रय की संचालन और वहां की व्यवस्थाओं पर भी चर्चा हुई। निर्देश दिया गया कि गाय के आश्रय में जानवरों के लिए सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं। बड़े गाय के आश्रय में गोबर गैस प्लांट स्थापित करने का भी प्रस्ताव है, ताकि इसके लाभ उठाए जा सकें। बैठक में यह बात कही गई कि पालतू और आवारा जानवरों की पहचान के लिए उनके टैग अलग-अलग रंग के होने चाहिए।

पशु बीमा पर विशेष जोर

बैठक में यह भी तय किया गया कि लंबित पशु बीमा मामलों को शीघ्रता से हल किया जाएगा। अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे बीमा कंपनियों के साथ निरंतर संपर्क में रहें और किसानों के दावों का निपटारा करें। यदि बीमा कंपनी किसानों के दावों को अनावश्यक रूप से रोकती है, तो उपभोक्ता फोरम में मामला दर्ज किया जाएगा। विभाग ने सभी किसानों को उनका दावा राशि प्रदान करने की जिम्मेदारी ली है।

• चारा/घास उत्पादन: 50% सब्सिडी पर किसान चारा उत्पादित कर सकते हैं, जिसमें मक्का और नेपियर घास का उपयोग होता है।
