The cabinet of Uttar Pradesh government has approved an agri project worth Rs 4000 crore. This project has been prepared to promote agricultural production in 28 districts of the state. Bundelkhand, Vindhya, Devipatan division, Azamgarh division are included in the Agri project. Under this, a project worth about Rs 4000 crore will be implemented for the next 6 years. In this, Rs 2737 crore will be spent by the World Bank and Rs 1166 crore will be spent by the state government.
