अब पंप 10 घंटे चलता है
सखराम ने बताया कि पहले वे केवल एक ही फसल उगाते थे, लेकिन अब वे कई फसलों का लाभ उठा रहे हैं। चावल के बाद, अब वह अपनी पांच एकड़ ज़मीन पर मकई की खेती कर रहे हैं। बिजली की कमी के कारण कई चुनौतियाँ थीं, लेकिन अब वह पंप का उपयोग दिन में 10 घंटे से अधिक कर रहे हैं, जिससे सब कुछ बदल गया है।

योजना के कारण स्थिति में सुधार
आपको बता दें कि छत्तीसगढ़ की राज्य सरकार ने ग्रामीण आधारभूत संरचना को बढ़ावा देने और समुदायों को सशक्त बनाने के लिए “नियाड़ नेल्लानार योजना” (आपका समृद्ध गांव) चालू की है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य बस्तर डिवीजन के नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्रों के लोगों को बुनियादी सुविधाओं और स्थायी ऊर्जा समाधानों तक पहुँच बढ़ाना है। यह योजना छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा विकास एजेंसी (CREDA) द्वारा संचालित होती है, जो ऊर्जा मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत काम करती है। ज्ञात हो कि CREDA राज्य में नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा की नोडल एजेंसी है।

यह स्थायी बिजली वितरण प्रणाली निवासियों को कभी न समाप्त होने वाले अंधकार से बाहर निकालने में सफल रही है। CREDA के CEO राजेश राणा ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा 500 नए सौर स्थापित करने की योजना बनाई गई है और रिकॉर्ड समय में हमने जल जीवन मिशन, सौर हाई मास्ट लाइट और सौर सुजाला योजना के तहत किसानों के लिए सिंचाई पंपों का कार्यान्वयन किया है। 100 सौर संयंत्र स्थापित किए गए हैं, जिससे 11 गांवों को रोशन किया गया है, जहां स्वतंत्रता के बाद से कोई बिजली की आपूर्ति नहीं थी।
पेयजल समाधान

Bastar of Chhattisgarh is a Naxal affected area, where getting basic facilities is a big deal for the people. Most of the farmers in the area face the problem of electricity in their fields. Due to lack of electricity they face difficulty in irrigation. But due to the government’s ‘Niyad Nellanar Scheme’, there is gradually a change in the lives of many farmers in every village. Sakharam, a farmer from Bastar, was dependent on hand pumps for irrigation of his fields, but now a solar pump has been installed in his village, which has changed his life.
Sakharam said that they (farmers of the village) had been struggling for years to supply water to the fields at the right speed. After installation of solar pump, our life has become easier. Now we are able to do farming in a better way. Mantu, another villager from Bastar also repeated the same thing.
Now the pump runs for 10 hours
Sakharam told that earlier they used to cultivate only one crop, but now they are benefiting from cultivating many crops. After rice, he is now cultivating maize on his five acres of land. There were many challenges due to lack of electricity, but now he is using the pump for more than 10 hours a day, which has changed everything.
