छत्तीसगढ़ के बलरामपुर जिले के भंवरमाल, धान खरीद केंद्र से एक वीडियो सामने आया है, जिसमें किसान से पैसे लेते हुए दिखाया गया है। ऐसा कहा जा रहा है कि खरीद प्रभारी और बाजार प्रबंधन किसानों से अवैध तरीके से पैसे ले रहे हैं, जो धान बेचने आते हैं और उनके वजन से अधिक मांग रहे हैं। किसान, बाजार प्रबंधक के मनमाने रवैये से नाराज होकर जिले के कलेक्टर से शिकायत की। कलेक्टर के निर्देश पर रामानुजगंज तहसीलदार ने मौके पर जाकर जांच की। राजस्व टीम ने भी जांच शुरू कर दी है।

भंवरमाल, जिले का प्रसिद्ध धान खरीद केंद्र, हमेशा विवादों में रहा है। यहां आए दिन ऐसे मामले सामने आते हैं। इस वर्ष भी किसान से पैसे लेने का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो गया है। अब यह देखना है कि प्रशासन इस मुद्दे पर क्या कार्रवाई करेगा।

डीएम ने कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया

इस घटना के बाद, अंबिकापुर के कलेक्टर राजेंद्र कटारा ने कहा कि वह एडीएम को मौके पर भेज रहे हैं। जो भी शिकायत मिली है, उसकी जांच होगी और दोषी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि जो व्यक्ति ऐसी गलती करेगा, उसे तुरंत काम से हटा दिया जाएगा। इसी के मद्देनजर आज पुलिस और तहसीलदारों की बैठक बुलाई गई है।

इसके अलावा, Punjab में 185 लाख टन धान खरीदने का लक्ष्य पूरा नहीं हुआ है, जिसमें से 8 लाख पंजीकृत किसानों में से 55 हजार ने MSP का लाभ नहीं उठाया।

पहले, सुरगजा जिले के कलेक्टर ने खुद बाजार जाकर धान खरीद की प्रक्रिया का जायजा लिया था। किसानों ने उनके इस कदम की प्रशंसा की थी। सुरगजा के कलेक्टर विलास भोसकर ट्रैक्टर में SDM रवि राही के साथ धान खरीद केंद्र पहुंचे। उन्होंने पहले लाइन में खड़े होकर टोकन प्रक्रिया देखी और सभी को बताया कि वह खुद कलेक्टर हैं।

सुरगजा के कलेक्टर ने मंडी का दौरा किया

कलेक्टर ने किसानों के साथ कर्मचारियों के व्यवहार का भी अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने किसानों से बातचीत की और धान का वजन कराने के बाद उसे ऑनलाइन पोर्टल में दर्ज किया। जब सभी को बताया गया कि यह जिला कलेक्टर विलास भोसकर हैं, तो सभी हैरान रह गए। कलेक्टर ने समिति प्रबंधक को निर्देशित किया कि किसानों को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी नहीं होनी चाहिए।

धान खरीद की जांच के बाद, कलेक्टर भोसकर सहकारी बैंक सिपटूर गए। धान बेचने के बाद, कलेक्टर ने खुद भी किसानों के साथ लाइन में खड़े होकर पैसे निकलवाए और पूरी प्रक्रिया का अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने बैंक में कर्मचारियों से अच्छी व्यवहार करने का निर्देश दिया ताकि किसानों को कोई परेशानी न हो।(संपादक: सुमित सिंह)

After this incident came to light, Ambikapur Collector Rajendra Katara said that I am sending the ADM to the spot. Whatever complaint has been received will be investigated. No one will be spared. I am constantly holding meetings. Wherever there is a paddy procurement centre, we are monitoring there. The Collector said that the person who has committed such a mistake will be immediately removed from work and action will be taken against him. In view of this, a meeting of police and tehsildars has been called today. It will be directed that if any such irregularity occurs, strict action will be taken against it.

Earlier, the news of the Collector of Surguja district was in the headlines when he himself went to the market and stood in the queue to take stock of the purchase of paddy. Farmers welcomed his initiative. Surguja district collector Vilas Bhoskar along with SDM Ravi Rahi reached the paddy procurement center in a tractor. He first stood in line and saw the token process. Collector Bhoskar kept touring the entire procurement center for about an hour. No one present at the procurement center including the committee manager and employees recognized the collector in this form.

At the same time, after getting the paddy weighed in Phad, the weighing sheet was entered online in the portal. Collector Bhoskar, while directing the committee manager, said that farmers should ensure that they do not face any kind of problem in the procurement centre. After the inspection, the Collector discussed with the farmers and learned about the arrangements of the bank. He directed the branch manager that after selling the paddy, there should not be any problem in transfer of money to the farmers’ accounts or in other banking work.
