छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने 2024-25 खरीफ विपणन मौसम के लिए 160 लाख मीट्रिक टन धान खरीदने का लक्ष्य रखा है। यह जानकारी मंगलवार को अधिकारियों ने दी। जनसंपर्क विभाग के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि धान खरीद नीति और कस्टम मिलिंग पर सुझाव देने के लिए गठित कैबिनेट उप-समिति की बैठक सोमवार को मंत्रालय, नवा रायपुर में हुई। इस बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया। खाद्य, नागरिक आपूर्ति और उपभोक्ता संरक्षण मंत्री दयालदास बघेल की अध्यक्षता में हुई बैठक में समिति ने तय किया कि राज्य के किसानों से अनुमानित 160 लाख मीट्रिक टन धान खरीदा जाएगा।

बैठक में वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्री केदार कश्यप, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्री श्याम बिहारी जैसवाल और राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री टंके राम वर्मा भी उपस्थित थे। दीपावली और राज्य स्थापना दिवस के पर्व को देखते हुए समिति ने 15 नवंबर से धान खरीद शुरू करने पर चर्चा की। हालांकि, इस मामले में अंतिम निर्णय मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय की अध्यक्षता में होने वाली कैबिनेट बैठक में लिया जाएगा। बैठक में यह भी निर्णय लिया गया कि राज्य में रजिस्टर्ड किसानों से 21 क्विंटल प्रति एकड़ की दर से समर्थन मूल्य पर धान खरीदा जाएगा।

धान खरीदने के लिए 2739 खरीद केंद्र बनाए गए हैं।

सभी खरीद केंद्रों को इलेक्ट्रॉनिक तराजू लगाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। बैठक में यह भी तय हुआ कि जूट के बोरों की खरीद जूट आयुक्त और जीईएम पोर्टल के माध्यम से की जाएगी, ताकि धान की खरीद में सुधार हो सके और किसानों को आसानी से जूट के बोरों की उपलब्धता मिल सके। पिछले खरीफ मौसम में राज्य में रिकॉर्ड 144.92 लाख मीट्रिक टन धान समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीदा गया था। इस वर्ष अनुमान है कि यह मात्रा बढ़कर 160 लाख मीट्रिक टन हो जाएगी। अधिकारी ने बताया कि यह खरीद 2,058 सहकारी समितियों और 2,739 धान खरीद केंद्रों के माध्यम से की जाएगी।

उत्तर प्रदेश में MSP 2300 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल है।

वहीं, उत्तर प्रदेश में 1 अक्टूबर से धान खरीद शुरू हो गई है। हारदोई, लखीमपुर खीरी और सीतापुर जिलों से खरीद की प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई है। एक बयान में कहा गया है कि इसके बाद 1 नवंबर से लखनऊ, रायबरेली और उन्नाव में खरीद होगी। आधिकारिक बयान के अनुसार, कई जिलों में 31 जनवरी तक धान खरीद जारी रहेगी, जिनमें मेरठ, सहारनपुर, मुरादाबाद, बरेली, आगरा, अलीगढ़ और झांसी शामिल हैं। धान का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) 2,300 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल तय किया गया है, जबकि ग्रेड ए धान का मूल्य 2,320 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल है।

He said that in the meeting chaired by State Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister Dayaldas Baghel, the committee has decided to purchase an estimated 160 lakh metric tonnes of paddy from the farmers of the state.

Forest and Climate Change Minister Kedar Kashyap, Health and Family Welfare Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal and Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Tank Ram Verma were also present in the meeting. Keeping in mind Diwali and State Foundation Day celebrations, the committee has discussed starting paddy procurement from November 15. However, the final decision in this regard will be taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. In the meeting, it was also decided to purchase paddy from registered farmers in the state at support price at the rate of 21 quintals per acre.

2739 purchasing centers have been created for purchasing paddy.

All procurement centers have also been asked to make arrangements for electronic weighing machines. In the meeting, it was also decided to purchase jute sacks through Jute Commissioner and GeM portal, so that the procurement of paddy is streamlined and jute sacks can be easily available to the farmers. In the last Kharif season, a record 144.92 lakh metric tonnes of paddy was purchased in the state at support price. This year it is estimated that it will reach 160 lakh metric tons in the current season. The official said that procurement will be done through 2,058 cooperative societies and 2,739 paddy procurement centers in the state.

MSP in UP is Rs 2,300 per quintal

At the same time, procurement of paddy has started in Uttar Pradesh from 1st October i.e. today. Procurement has started from October 1 in Hardoi, Lakhimpur Kheri and Sitapur districts. It has been said in a statement that after this, procurement will take place in Lucknow, Rae Bareli and Unnao from November 1. According to the official statement, paddy procurement will continue till January 31 in many districts including Meerut, Saharanpur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Agra, Aligarh and Jhansi. The minimum support price (MSP) for paddy has been fixed at Rs 2,300 per quintal, while the price of Grade A paddy is Rs 2,320 per quintal.
