केंद्रीय मंत्री अमित शाह ने दूध की कीमत को लेकर एक बड़ा बयान दिया है। यह बयान उन्होंने मंगलवार को अनंद, गुजरात में राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड (NDDB) के हीरा जयंती समारोह के दौरान दिया। इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय डेयरी और पशुपालन मंत्री राजीव रंजन उर्फ ललन सिंह भी मंच पर उपस्थित थे। शाह ने बताया कि देश में आठ करोड़ परिवार दूध उत्पादन में शामिल हैं, जिनमें से केवल करीब 1.5 करोड़ परिवार डेयरी Cooperatives से जुड़े हैं। इसका मतलब है कि बाकी 6.5 करोड़ परिवारों को दूध के लिए उचित मूल्य नहीं मिल रहा है और वे शोषित हो रहे हैं।

समारोह के दौरान NDDB के बारे में बात करते हुए अमित शाह ने कहा कि NDDB ने ग्रामीण विकास और देश के विकास में तेजी लाने का काम किया है। इसके अलावा, किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने का काम भी निरंतर चल रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि त्रिभुवन पटेल ने NDDB की नींव रखी थी, जो आज देश और विश्व में एक बड़ी संस्था बन गई है। यह संस्था 1987 में बनी और 1970 से 1996 तक ऑपरेशन बाढ़ का योजना और क्रियान्वयन किया। शाह ने कहा कि जब लाल बहादुर शास्त्री ने 1964 में NDDB की स्थापना करने का निर्णय लिया, तो किसी को नहीं पता था कि यह बीज एक दिन इतना बड़ा पीपल का पेड़ बनेगा। आज NDDB का तरल दूध का बिक्री 427 लाख लीटर प्रति दिन है और इसकी राजस्व 344 करोड़ से बढ़कर 426 करोड़ हो गई है, जबकि शुद्ध लाभ 50 करोड़ रुपये है।

अमित शाह ने कहा कि NDDB ने सब्जियों के प्रोसेसिंग का भी काम शुरू किया है। इससे हमारे किसानों द्वारा उगाई गई सब्जियाँ पूरी दुनिया में जाएंगी और इसका लाभ हर किसान तक पहुंच जाएगा, जो सहकारी मॉडल के तहत होगा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि गोबरधन योजना के माध्यम से हमारी भूमि को संजोया और सुधारा गया है, जिससे उपज बढ़ी है, किसानों की समृद्धि बढ़ी है और पर्यावरण की सफाई भी हो रही है। गोबर से गैस और उर्वरक तैयार किए जा रहे हैं। शाह ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने गोबरधन योजना को लागू करने का दूरदर्शी निर्णय लिया है। उन्होंने बताया कि NDDB ने 10 हजार कृषक उत्पादक संगठन (FPOs) भी दर्ज किए हैं।

On this occasion, Union Dairy and Animal Husbandry Minister Rajiv Ranjan alias Lallan Singh was also present on the stage. Shah says that eight crore families across the country are involved in milk production. Out of these, only about 1.5 crore families are associated with dairy cooperatives. This simply means that the remaining 6.5 crore families are not getting the right price for milk. They are being exploited.
He told that our country is at number one in terms of milk production and a country like America is left behind. Today milk production in the world is increasing at the rate of two percent, while our country is increasing at the rate of six percent. We produced 23 crore tonnes of milk last year, which is about 24 percent of the world’s total milk production.

Amit Shah told how NDDB was formed
Speaking about NDDB during the ceremony, Amit Shah said that NDDB has worked to accelerate the development of rural areas as well as the country. Not only this, the work of making people self-reliant in agriculture is also going on continuously. He said that Tribhuvan Patel had laid the foundation of NDDB which has today become a big institution in the country as well as the world. It became an organization in 1987 and worked on planning and implementing Operation Flood from 1970 to 1996. Shah said that when Lal Bahadur Shastri decided to establish NDDB in 1964, no one knew that one day this seed would grow into such a big banyan tree. Today the sale of liquid milk of NDDB is 427 lakh liters per day. And if we talk about revenue, it has increased from Rs 344 crore to Rs 426 crore. Whereas the net profit is Rs 50 crores.

The whole world will eat Indian vegetables
Amit Shah said that NDDB has also started processing of vegetables. Due to this, the vegetables grown by our farmers will go to the whole world and its profits will reach every farmer down to the bottom under the cooperative model. He also said that through Gobardhan Yojana, our land has been conserved and improved, the yield has increased, the prosperity of farmers has increased and the environment is also being cleaned. Gas and fertilizer are being made from cow dung. Shah said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken a far-sighted decision to implement the Gobardhan Yojana. He said that NDDB has also registered 10 thousand Farmers Produce Organizations (FPOs).
