मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि धान खरीदने के लिए खरीद केंद्रों को मंजूरी दी गई है। किसान जब खरीद केंद्रों पर धान बेचने के लिए आएं, तो उन्हें किसी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना नहीं करना चाहिए। किसानों को समय पर भुगतान किया जाना चाहिए। डीएपी के बारे में उन्होंने कहा कि आलू उत्पादन वाले क्षेत्रों में डीएपी की मांग बढ़ेगी। प्रदेश में मांग के अनुसार डीएपी पर्याप्त मात्रा में उपलब्ध है। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए, कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग के जरिए डीएपी का आवंटन किया जाना चाहिए। उर्वरक के संबंध में संवेदनशील जिलों पर विशेष निगरानी रखी जानी चाहिए। कहीं से भी स्मगलिंग और काला बाजारी की शिकायत नहीं आनी चाहिए।

Farmers coming to the purchasing centers to sell paddy should not face any kind of problem. Farmers should be paid within the time limit. Regarding DAP, he said that the demand for DAP will increase in potato producing areas. DAP is available in sufficient quantity in the state as per demand. Keeping this in mind, DAP should be allotted by the Agriculture and Cooperation Department. Special monitoring should be kept on sensitive districts regarding fertiliser. Complaints of smuggling and black marketing should not be received from anywhere.
