किसानों की समस्याओं के समाधान की मांग
1. उत्तर प्रदेश में 2024-25 का गन्ना सीजन शुरू होने वाला है। बढ़ती लागत को देखते हुए गन्ने का मूल्य 500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल घोषित किया जाए। राज्य में कुछ गन्ना मिलों पर किसानों के करोड़ों रुपये बकाया हैं, जिन्हें गन्ना मिल शुरू होने से पहले चुकाना चाहिए।
2. साल 2022 में उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए जो संकल्प पत्र जारी किया गया था, उसमें कहा गया था कि राज्य के किसानों को सिंचाई के लिए बिजली मुफ्त प्रदान की जाएगी, लेकिन अभी भी किसानों को शर्तों के आधार पर बिजली दी जा रही है। इसलिए, बिना किसी शर्त के किसानों को मुफ्त सिंचाई की बिजली दी जाए और नए कनेक्शनों पर मीटर लगाने की प्रक्रिया को रोका जाए।

In which it was said that the farmers of the state will be provided free electricity for irrigation, but the electricity is being given to the farmers on the basis of conditions as per the instructions issued by the department. Therefore, as per the promises made in the manifesto, free irrigation electricity should be provided to the farmers of the state without any conditions and the work of meters and smart meters on tube wells should be stopped in the state.

5. In Uttar Pradesh, stray animals and wild animals are attacking farmers in their fields. Due to which farmers in many districts of the state lost their lives. Farmers should be freed from stray animals and wild animals. 50 lakh compensation and a government job should be given to the families of the deceased farmers and farmers should be allowed to fence their fields to avoid them and they should also be provided grants.
6. Before sowing crops in the state, farmers have to stand in long queues to get fertilizers, manure etc., due to which farmers also lost their lives. Therefore, fertilizers, manure and seeds should be made available to the farmers in a systematic manner in cooperative societies in a timely manner.
7. All types of loans of farmers should be completely waived off in Uttar Pradesh. Also, while propagating the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, it should be modified in a simple manner in the interests of farmers.
8. Farming- All equipment and pesticides used in farming should be made GST free. The state government should send a proposal to the central government and demand to enact a guarantee law for MSP.
9. Farmers should be given appropriate compensation by conducting a field survey of the crops destroyed due to floods caused by drought and excessive rainfall in the state.
10. Farmers should be given compensation 4 times the market value of the lands acquired during land acquisition in the state.
