हरियाणा में खरीफ मार्केटिंग सीजन 2024-25 के तहत धान की सरकारी खरीद जारी है। अब तक राज्य में 7 लाख 25 हजार 158 मीट्रिक टन धान खरीदा जा चुका है। इसमें से 1 लाख 61 हजार 922 मीट्रिक टन धान उठा लिया गया है। इस काम के लिए 155.23 करोड़ रुपये सीधे किसानों के बैंक खातों में भेजे गए हैं। इस बार ऑनलाइन गेट पास की सुविधा के कारण किसानों को अपनी फसल बेचने में बहुत सुविधा हो रही है। वहीं, सरकार ने किसानों से 1 लाख 31 हजार मीट्रिक टन ज्वारी भी खरीदी है।
खाद्य और आपूर्ति विभाग के एक प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि अब तक राज्य के विभिन्न बाजारों में कुल 13,38,114 मीट्रिक टन धान आया है। विभिन्न सरकारी एजेंसियां बाजारों में धान खरीद रही हैं। धान की खरीदारी 15 नवंबर 2024 तक जारी रहेगी। धान की खरीद सरकारी द्वारा निर्धारित न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) पर की जा रही है। सामान्य धान का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य 2300 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल और ग्रेड-ए धान का मूल्य 2320 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल है।

धान की नमी कितनी होगी?
राज्य में 241 बाजारों और खरीद केंद्रों में धान की खरीद की जा रही है। विभाग ने 17% तक नमी वाली धान ही खरीदने के लिए निर्देश दिए हैं। सभी बाजारों में पर्याप्त मात्रा में बोरियां उपलब्ध कराई गई हैं। विभाग के प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि कैथल जिले में अधिकतम खरीद की गई है, जहां 2,02,885 मीट्रिक टन धान खरीदा गया। इसके अलावा, कुरुक्षेत्र जिले में 1,44,753 मीट्रिक टन, करनाल में 1,24,000 मीट्रिक टन, अंबाला में 1,06,015 मीट्रिक टन, यमुनानगर में 97,608 मीट्रिक टन और पंचकुला में 20,025 मीट्रिक टन धान खरीदा गया है।
सबसे ज्यादा बाजरे की खरीद कहाँ हुई?
प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि धान के साथ-साथ अन्य खरीफ फसलों की भी न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीद की जा रही है। राज्य में 1 अक्टूबर से बाजरे की खरीद भी की जा रही है। बाजरे की खरीद 91 मंडियों और खरीद केंद्रों में हो रही है। अब तक 1,31,384 मीट्रिक टन बाजरा खरीदा जा चुका है।
सबसे ज्यादा सरकारी खरीद 36,844 मीट्रिक टन बाजरे की रेवाड़ी जिले में न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर की गई है। इसके अलावा, महेन्द्रगढ़ जिले में 35,549 मीट्रिक टन, गुरुग्राम में 17,556 मीट्रिक टन, झज्जर में 14,156 मीट्रिक टन, भिवानी में 11,185 मीट्रिक टन, मेवात में 9,597 मीट्रिक टन और चरखी दादरी में 4,508 मीट्रिक टन खरीदा गया है।
अधिकारी ने कहा कि राज्य में खरीफ फसलों की खरीद प्रक्रिया सुचारु रूप से चल रही है और यह प्रक्रिया 15 नवंबर 2024 तक जारी रहेगी। किसानों को खरीद के दौरान किसी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा। MSP का भुगतान समय पर सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।

Adequate quantity of gunny bags have been made available in all the markets. The spokesperson of the department said that maximum purchases have been made in Kaithal district. The spokesperson said that along with paddy, procurement of other Kharif crops is also being done on MSP. Procurement of millet is also going on in the state from October 1 at minimum support price. Millet is being procured in 91 mandis and procurement centers in the state. So far, more than 1,31,384 metric tonnes of millet has been purchased.
The maximum government procurement of 36,844 metric tonnes of millet has been done in Rewari district at the minimum support price. Apart from this, 35,549 metric tons of millet has been purchased in Mahendragarh district, 17,556 metric tons in Gurugram, 14,156 metric tons in Jhajjar, 11,185 metric tons in Bhiwani, 9,597 metric tons in Mewat and 4,508 metric tons in Charkhi Dadri.
Officials said that the procurement process of Kharif crops is going on smoothly in the state and this process will continue till November 15, 2024. Farmers will not be allowed to face any kind of problem during procurement. Payment of MSP will be ensured on time.
