देवा, धंसा, मिर्जापुर, तालवंडी राणा, खर्काड़ी, हरिता, कलवास, गंगवा और जुलाना के किसान नए अनाज मंडी में खाद खरीदने पहुंचे। उन्होंने कहा कि वे तीन दिनों से डीएपी का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। विपणन समाज के कार्यालय के बाहर एक नोटिस चिपकाया गया है, जिसमें लिखा है कि डीएपी उपलब्ध नहीं है। विपणन समाज की दुकान के लेखाकार सुन्दर लाल ने बताया कि गोदाम में कोई खाद नहीं है।
धंसा गांव के किसान रामphal ने कहा कि वह पिछले चार दिनों से हर दिन हिसार जा रहे हैं, लेकिन हर बार खाली हाथ लौटना पड़ रहा है। गंगवा गांव के हज़ारी लाल, काइमरी गांव के सतबीर सैनी और कई अन्य ने कहा कि यह उनके लिए बहुत निराशाजनक स्थिति है।

According to Rabi sowing packages and practices, 24 kg phosphorus is required on one acre of land for wheat sowing.

He also said that if farmers start buying NPK from the market, there may be a problem of its availability. He said, in such a situation there will be shortage of NPK also.

Many farmers gathered outside the Hisar Cooperative Marketing Society office at New Grain Market at 4 am on Friday morning to buy fertilizer, but the fertilizer did not arrive till evening and the farmers had to return empty handed.

Farmers from Deva, Dhansu, Mirzapur, Talwandi Rana, Kharkadi, Harita, Kalwas, Gangwa and Julana reached the new grain market to buy fertilizer. He told that he has been waiting for DAP for three days. A notice has also been pasted outside the office of the Marketing Society, in which it is written that DAP is not available. Accountant Sunder Lal at the Marketing Society shop told that there is no fertilizer in the warehouse.
Ramphal, a farmer of Dhansu village, said that he has been coming to Hisar every day for the last four days, but has to return empty handed every day. Hazari Lal of Gangwa village, Satbir Saini of Kaimari village and many others said that this is a matter of great disappointment for them.
