हरियाणा में डीएपी उर्वरक की कमी की समस्या लगातार जारी है। दरअसल, हिसार जिले में उर्वरक की कमी के कारण किसान एजेंसी से खाली लौट रहे हैं। उर्वरक की अनुपलब्धता के कारण किसानों को समस्याएँ झेलनी पड़ रही हैं। बिकने वाली एजेंसियों ने बाहर साफ-साफ लिख रखा है कि डीएपी उर्वरक उपलब्ध नहीं है। किसान सत्यवान काली राम ने बताया कि वह हिसार मंडी में डीएपी उर्वरक खरीदने आए थे, लेकिन उन्हें यह नहीं मिला। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान में किसानों को डीएपी उर्वरक की आवश्यकता है, लेकिन उनको अन्य उर्वरक दिए जा रहे हैं, जो फसलों के लिए उतने प्रभावी नहीं हैं। साथ ही, किसानों ने हरियाणा सरकार से मांग की है कि किसान के लिए डीएपी उर्वरक उपलब्ध कराया जाए।
जिले में 10 दिनों से उर्वरक नहीं है
हिसार अनाज मंडी में हिसार सहकारी समाज लिमिटेड के salesman अनिल गोदारा ने कहा कि 13 नवंबर को एक हजार बैग डीएपी आए थे, जिन्हें किसानों को वितरित किया गया। लेकिन पिछले 10 दिनों से डीएपी उर्वरक नहीं आया है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में डीएपी की कमी हो रही है। इसकी जगह पर सरकार ने किसानों को डीएसपी उर्वरक दिया है, जो गेहूं और सरसों के लिए उपयोगी है।

इस मामले पर हिसार के सांसद जयप्रकाश ने कहा कि केंद्रीय और राज्य सरकार की गलत प्रबंधन के कारण डीएपी उर्वरक की कमी है। उन्होंने केंद्र और राज्य सरकार को जिम्मेदार ठहराया। सांसद ने कहा कि हिसार जिले में 5.5 लाख एकड़ गेहूं की बुआई के लिए 25 हजार मीट्रिक टन डीएपी उर्वरक की आवश्यकता है। लेकिन अभी तक केवल 15 हजार मीट्रिक टन उर्वरक ही आया है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब पहले से ही उर्वरक कम है, तो किसान इसे कैसे प्राप्त करेंगे।
किसान काले बाजार में खरीद रहे उर्वरक
सांसद ने आरोप लगाया कि डीएपी उर्वरक काले बाजार में बेचा जा रहा है और वह इस मामले को संसद में उठाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों को डीएसपी उर्वरक के नाम पर 300 से 500 रुपये प्रति बैग की लूट का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। वहीं, राज्य सरकार ने किसानों को डीएपी उर्वरक उपलब्ध कराने में विफलता दिखाई है। प्रदेश के किसान मजबूरी में डीएपी उर्वरक खरीदने को मजबूर हैं।

Anil Godara, salesman of The Hisar Cooperative Society Limited in Hisar grain market, said that one thousand bags of DAP had arrived on November 13, which have been given to the farmers. At the same time, DAP fertilizer has not arrived for ten days. He said that DAP is coming less in the state. In its place, the government has provided DSP fertilizer to the farmers. But till now only 15 thousand metric tons of fertilizer has arrived. He said that when there is already less fertilizer then how will the farmers get it.
Farmers are buying fertilizers in black
The MP alleged that DAP fertilizer is being sold in black and he will raise this matter in the Parliament House. He said that farmers are being robbed of Rs 300 to Rs 500 per bag in the name of DSP fertilizer. At the same time, the state government has failed to deliver DAP fertilizer to the farmers. Farmers of the state are sowing DAP fertilizer without any compulsion.
