मध्य प्रदेश में खाद्य सामग्री की काला बाजारी पर लगाम लगाने के लिए निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि जो लोग इसमें शामिल हैं, उनके खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की जाएगी और यदि अवैध भंडारण मिलता है तो सामान जब्त किया जाएगा, साथ ही विक्रेताओं के लाइसेंस भी निलंबित किए जाएंगे। इसके बाद राज्य में 50 से अधिक लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की गई है। देवास और नर्सिंगपुर में भारी मात्रा में अवैध खाद भंडारण पाया गया है। वहीं, कटनी, छतरपुर और मोरना सहित अन्य जिलों में डीएपी, एनपीके और यूरिया की नई खेप पहुंच चुकी है। कहा गया है कि इससे उपलब्धता में कोई कमी नहीं आएगी। ज्ञात हो कि राज्य के किसान प्रतिदिन लगभग 27 हजार मैट्रिक टन डीएपी और यूरिया खरीद रहे हैं।
मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव ने अधिकारियों को खाद्य उपलब्धता और काला बाजारी के खिलाफ सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में खाद की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता होने के बावजूद, जहां भी वितरण में अनियमितताएं की शिकायत मिलेंगी, दोषी अधिकारियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। सख्त निर्देशों के चलते काला बाजारी में शामिल 50 से अधिक लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की गई है। साथ ही कई विक्रेताओं के लाइसेंस रद्द करने की सिफारिश भी की गई है।
दो जिलों में अवैध खाद भंडारण मिला
नर्सिंगपुर जिले में M/s माँ शारदा ग्रुप के प्रोफेसर गौरव साहू के गोदाम में अवैध खाद भंडारण पाया गया। जांच के दौरान 68.355 मैट्रिक टन यूरिया और 17.15 मैट्रिक टन सिंगल सुपर फॉस्फेट अवैध रूप से भंडारित पाया गया। इस मामले में कोतवाली थाना में FIR दर्ज की गई है। इसी तरह, देवास जिला कलेक्टर ऋषभ गुप्ता की अगुवाई में की गई जांच में, इन-चार्ज धीरज भदवड़िया के गोदाम में भी अवैध खाद भंडारण मिला। यहाँ 203 बैग डीएपी, 27 बैग अमोनियम फॉस्फेट सल्फेट और 600 बैग कच्चा माल पाया गया। इस मामले में सिविल लाइन देवास पुलिस थाने में FIR दर्ज की गई और सामान को जब्त कर लिया गया।
छतरपुर में 6000 टन खाद की खेप पहुंची
छतरपुर जिले में 3,800 मैट्रिक टन यूरिया, 700 मैट्रिक टन एनपीके और 2,400 मैट्रिक टन डीएपी खाद उपलब्ध है। सोमवार को 1,350 किसानों को सहकारी समितियों के माध्यम से कुल 350 मैट्रिक टन खाद वितरित की गई। साथ ही, किसानों को डबल लॉक छतरपुर से 800 बैग एनपीके दिए गए। कृषि अधिकारी श्री केके वैद्य ने कहा कि भविष्य में खाद की आपूर्ति बनी रहेगी और किसानों को उनकी आवश्यकता के अनुसार खाद उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। किसान समितियों से डीएपी खाद प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
मोरेना में 43 हजार टन खाद बिक्री, 12 हजार टन उपलब्ध
मोरेना जिले में अब तक 43,101 मैट्रिक टन खाद रबी फसल के लिए बेची जा चुकी है। जबकि, जिले के भंडार में अभी 11,138 मैट्रिक टन खाद उपलब्ध है। जिले की अतिरिक्त कलेक्टर सपना त्रिपाठी ने कहा कि 28 नवंबर और 1 दिसंबर को रीवा में खाद की दो खेप आएंगी, जिससे जिले के किसानों को पर्याप्त मात्रा में खाद उपलब्ध होगी। किसान एक हफ्ते की आवश्यकता के हिसाब से खाद खरीद सकते हैं।
कटनी में 1,200 टन खाद पहुंची
कटनी जिले के झुकेही रैक पॉइंट पर रविवार शाम को 1,212 मैट्रिक टन खाद की एक और खेप पहुंची। डीएपी और अमोनियम फॉस्फेट सल्फेट का यह माल झुकेही रैक पॉइंट पर आया है। कटनी जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि जिले में सभी प्रकार की खाद की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता है। किसानों को उनकी मांग के अनुसार खाद दी जा रही है।
किसानों ने 45 दिनों में 14 लाख टन खाद खरीदी
खाद की बढ़ती मांग को देखते हुए, राज्य सरकार ने मार्कफेड के 254 अतिरिक्त बिक्री केंद्र खोले हैं, जो खाद की बिक्री का nodal एजेंसी है। किसानों ने 45 दिनों में 14 लाख मैट्रिक टन डीएपी-एनपीके और यूरिया खरीदी है। राज्य कृषि विभाग के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, 1 अक्टूबर से 20 नवंबर तक किसानों ने 7.3 लाख मैट्रिक टन यूरिया खरीदी है। जबकि, अब तक 6.1 लाख मैट्रिक टन डीएपी और एनपीके बेची जा चुकी है। राज्य में किसान प्रतिदिन 11,500 मैट्रिक टन डीएपी और एनपीके और 16,000 मैट्रिक टन यूरिया खरीद रहे हैं।

Fertilizer found stored illegally in two districts
Prof. of M/s Maa Sharda Group Umaria in Narsinghpur district. Illegal fertilizer storage was found in Gaurav Sahu’s warehouse. During inspection, 68.355 metric tonnes of urea and 17.15 metric tonnes of single super phosphate were found in illegal storage. An FIR has been registered in Kotwali police station on illegal storage. Along with this, during the investigation led by Dewas District Collector Rishabh Gupta, illegal storage of fertilizers was found in the warehouse of in-charge Dheeraj Bhadavadiya. Here about 203 bags of DAP, 27 bags of ammonium phosphate sulphate and 600 bags of its raw material were found. In this case, FIR has been registered in Civil Line Dewas police station and the goods have been seized.
Rack of 6 thousand tons of fertilizer reached Chhatarpur
3 thousand 800 metric tons of urea, 700 metric tons of NPK and 2400 metric tons of DAP fertilizer is available in Chhatarpur district. On Monday, a total of 350 metric tonnes of fertilizer was distributed to 1 thousand 350 farmers through societies. Along with this, 800 bags of NPK were given to the farmers from double lock Chhatarpur. Agriculture Officer Shri KK Vaidya said that the supply of fertilizer will continue in future and fertilizer will be made available to the farmers as per the supply. Farmers can get DAP fertilizer from committees.
43 thousand tons of fertilizer sold in Morena, 12 thousand tons available
So far, 43 thousand 101 metric tons of fertilizer has been sold for Rabi crop in Morena district. Whereas, 11 thousand 138 metric tons of fertilizer is still available in the stock of the district. Additional Collector of the district Sapna Tripathi has said that two racks of fertilizer are coming to Rewa on 28th November and 1st December, adequate quantity of fertilizer will be available to the farmers of the district. Farmers can buy fertilizer as per their requirement of one week.
1200 tons of fertilizer reached Katni
Another rack of 1212 metric tons of fertilizer arrived at Jhukehi rack point for Katni district on Sunday evening. The consignment of DAP and Ammonium Phosphate Sulphate has reached Jhukehi Rack Point. Collector of Katni district said that there is adequate availability of all types of fertilizers in the district. Farmers are being given fertilizers as per their demand.
Farmers bought 14 lakh tons of fertilizer in 45 days
In view of the increasing demand for fertilizers, the state government has opened 254 additional sales centers of Markfed, the nodal agency for fertilizer sales. Farmers have purchased 14 lakh metric tons of DAP-NPK and urea in 45 days. According to the data of the State Agriculture Department, from October 1 to November 20, farmers have purchased 7.3 lakh metric tons of urea. Whereas, till now 6.1 lakh metric tonnes of DAP and NPK have been sold. Every day farmers in the state are purchasing 11,500 metric tons of DAP and NPK. Whereas, farmers are buying 16,000 metric tons of urea every day.
