During the two-day conference, participants had the opportunity to visit local farms in Wood County and network with others in the area on topics such as livestock and agricultural marketing.
Brandi Brabham, the natural resources agent for the WVU Extension Office in Roane County, mentioned that they try to hold the event in different locations each year to showcase various parts of the state.
