ओडिशा में दूध उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री मोहन चरण महजी ने ‘मुख्यमंत्री कामधेनु योजना’ (MKY) की शुरुआत की है। इस योजना के तहत किसानों को पशुपालन के लिए प्रेरित किया जाएगा। इसके तहत किसानों को दूध देने वाली गायें और भैंस खरीदने के लिए सब्सिडी पर ऋण उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। सरकार को उम्मीद है कि इससे राज्य के लाखों किसान लाभान्वित होंगे और वे डेयरी उत्पादों को बेचकर अच्छी आय कमा सकेंगे, जिससे उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार होगा।

द टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, मुख्यमंत्री मोहन महजी की अध्यक्षता में शनिवार को राज्य मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक हुई। इस बैठक में दूध उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ‘मुख्यमंत्री कामधेनु योजना’ (MKY) को मंजूरी दी गई। खास बात यह है कि सरकार इस योजना पर पांच साल में 1,423.47 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करेगी। आधिकारिक सूत्रों ने बताया कि इस योजना का लाभ 15 लाख से अधिक डेयरी किसानों को मिलेगा।

गायों के बीमा पर 187 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे

साथ ही, सरकार ‘गोपालन योजना’ (पशुपालन योजना) के तहत 476 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करेगी, जिससे पांच साल में 31,500 से ज्यादा किसानों को लाभ होगा। buffalo उद्यमिता विकास पर 110 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करने की योजना है, जिसका लक्ष्य 6,000 से अधिक किसानों को लाभ देना है। सरकार 187 करोड़ रुपये गायों के बीमा पर खर्च करने की योजना बना रही है, जिसमें बीमा लागत का 85 प्रतिशत सरकार वहन करेगी और शेष 15 प्रतिशत किसानों को देना होगा।

चारा उत्पादन पर 200 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे

इसी तरह, 216 करोड़ रुपये बछड़ों की देखभाल योजना पर खर्च किए जाएंगे और 166 करोड़ रुपये डेयरी किसानों को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए दिए जाएंगे। चारे के उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सरकार 200 करोड़ रुपये का खर्चा कर रही है। आधिकारिक सूत्रों के अनुसार, राज्य सरकार ओएमएफईडी को 25 करोड़ रुपये के बजटीय सहायता से मजबूत करने की योजना बना रही है।

सामान्य जनता को चावल के साथ गेहूं मिलेगा

वहीं, कल की एक खबर के मुताबिक, ओडिशा के राशन कार्ड धारकों के लिए अच्छी खबर है। कहा जा रहा है कि राज्य सरकार अब राशन कार्ड धारकों को चावल के साथ गेहूं भी प्रदान कर सकती है। अगर ऐसा हुआ, तो 8 साल बाद राज्य के राशन कार्ड धारकों को फिर से गेहूं मिलेगा, क्योंकि केंद्र ने गेहूं-चावल का अनुपात संशोधित किया है। इसके अलावा, राज्य को खाद्यान्न का आवंटन बढ़ाकर दिया गया है। सूत्रों ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम (NFSA) और प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना (PMGKAY) के तहत 9 राज्यों, जिनमें ओडिशा भी शामिल है, के लिए चावल और गेहूं का आवंटन संशोधित किया गया है।

Rs 187 crore will be spent on cattle insurance

At the same time, the government will spend Rs 476 crore under Gopalan Yojana (animal husbandry scheme), which will benefit more than 31,500 farmers in five years. It plans to spend Rs 110 crore on buffalo entrepreneurship development targeting more than 6,000 farmers. The government plans to spend Rs 187 crore on cattle insurance, with 85 per cent of the insurance cost to be borne while farmers will bear the remaining 15 per cent.

Rs 200 crore will be spent on fodder production

Whereas, Rs 216 crore will be spent on calf rearing scheme and Rs 166 crore will be given as incentive to dairy farmers. The government will spend Rs 200 crore to promote fodder production. Official sources said the state government is planning to strengthen OMFED with a budgetary support of Rs 25 crore.

General public will get wheat along with rice
