05 अक्टूबर 2024, रतलाम: रतलाम जिले में पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा योजनाओं का प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन – रतलाम जिले में पशुपालन और डेयरी विभाग द्वारा चलाए जा रहे सरकारी योजनाओं का प्रभावी ढंग से कार्यान्वयन किया जा रहा है। कलेक्टर श्री राजेश बाथम के निर्देश पर, योजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन की कड़ी निगरानी की जा रही है।

पशुपालन विभाग के उप निदेशक डॉ. शुक्ला ने बताया कि समुनत मुर्रा पाड़ा योजना के तहत विभाग द्वारा आत्म-रोजगार और नस्ल सुधार के लिए उच्च नस्ल की मुर्रा पाड़ा प्रदान की जा रही है। इस वर्ष, वित्तीय लक्ष्य के खिलाफ 100 प्रतिशत उपलब्धि हासिल की गई है, जिसमें 2 लाख 70 हजार रुपये का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था। इस योजना के तहत 6 मुर्रा पाड़ा लाभार्थियों को वितरित किए गए हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, बकरी यूनिट आपूर्ति योजना के तहत, गांव के कर्ज और अनुदान पर स्थानीय बकरियों के नस्ल सुधार, लाभार्थियों की आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार और दूध उत्पादन बढ़ाने के लिए ये योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं। इस योजना की लागत 77,456 रुपये है। सामान्य व्यक्ति को 40 प्रतिशत अनुदान मिलता है, जबकि अनुसूचित जनजातियों और अनुसूचित जातियों को 60 प्रतिशत अनुदान दिया जाता है। लाभार्थी की हिस्सेदारी 10 प्रतिशत होती है, बाकी का खर्च बैंक लोन से पूरा किया जाता है। इस वित्तीय वर्ष में 7 लाभार्थी इस योजना का लाभ उठा चुके हैं।

पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा चलायी जा रही आचार्य विद्यासागर गाय संवर्धन योजना का उद्देश्य दूध उत्पादन बढ़ाना, लाभार्थियों की आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार करना और रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध करना है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत, बैंक ऋण के आधार पर सामान्य और पिछड़ी जातियों के लिए अधिकतम 1.5 लाख रुपये तक 25 प्रतिशत अनुदान और अनुसूचित जातियों एवं जनजातियों के लिए अधिकतम 2 लाख रुपये तक 33 प्रतिशत अनुदान दिया जाता है, ताकि डेयरी मवेशियों, गाय और भैंसों की खरीद की जा सके। इस वित्तीय वर्ष में, विभाग ने 16 लाभार्थियों को इस योजना के तहत लाभान्वित कर 100 प्रतिशत लक्ष्य प्राप्त किया है। इसी प्रकार, राष्ट्रीय पशुधन मिशन योजना भी चलाई जा रही है, जिसके अंतर्गत केंद्र सरकार हैचरी, ब्रीडिंग फार्म, ग्रामीण मुर्गी पालन आदि स्थापित करने के लिए 50 प्रतिशत पूंजी अनुदान प्रदान करती है।

गौशालाओं के लिए वित्तीय सहायता इस वित्तीय वर्ष में, पिछले अप्रैल से जुलाई तक, जिले के निजी गौशालाओं को लगभग 1 करोड़ 98 लाख 94 हजार रुपये और सरकारी गौशालाओं को 30 लाख 13 हजार रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता दी गई है। उप निदेशक पशुपालन डॉ. शुक्ला ने बताया कि जिले में गैर सरकारी गौशालाओं में 10,931 गाएं हैं, जबकि सरकारी गौशालाओं में 1,656 गाएं हैं, जिनके लिए सरकार द्वारा वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाती है।

The objective of the Acharya Vidyasagar Cow Promotion Scheme run by the department is to increase milk production, improve the economic condition of the beneficiaries and provide employment opportunities along with increasing the milk production capacity of animals. Under this scheme, on the basis of bank loan, 25 percent grant for general and backward class up to a maximum of Rs 1.5 lakh and 33 percent grant up to a maximum of Rs 2 lakh for Scheduled Castes and Tribes is given by the department for purchasing milch animals, cows and buffaloes. In the ongoing financial year, the department has achieved 100 percent target by benefiting 16 beneficiaries. Similarly, the National Livestock Mission Scheme is also operated. Under the National Livestock Mission, the Central Government provides 50 percent capital subsidy for the establishment of hatchery and brooder cum mother unit, sheep goat breeding farm, rural poultry farm and farm fodder value addition unit and storage.
