17 अक्टूबर 2024, लखनऊ: उत्तर प्रदेश के गोशालाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की नई पहल – उत्तर प्रदेश के पशुपालन मंत्री श्री धरम्पाल सिंह ने राज्य की गोशालाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए एक कार्य योजना तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे गोवंश के रखरखाव के लिए सरकारी सहायता पर निर्भरता कम होगी।
मंत्री ने महिलाओं की स्वयं सहायता समूहों की मदद से गाय के उत्पादों के सही उपयोग को बढ़ावा देने की बात की, ताकि जैविक खाद, गाय के गोबर के बर्तन, और अन्य उत्पाद बनाए जा सकें। इससे रोजगार भी बनेगा और पर्यावरण को भी लाभ होगा।
श्री सिंह ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे गोशालाओं का कम से कम हर महीने निरीक्षण करें। उन्होंने गायों के स्वास्थ्य, चिकित्सा देखभाल, चारा, भूसा, पानी, रोशनी और साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्था को सुनिश्चित करने की आवश्यकता पर बात की। इसके अलावा, मोबाइल पशु चिकित्सा इकाई के जरिए नियमित स्वास्थ्य जांच कराने का भी निर्देश दिया गया।
मंत्री ने कहा कि गोशालाओं में कोई भी गाय भूखी नहीं रहनी चाहिए, और इस संबंध में किसी भी शिकायत पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। वर्तमान में, राज्य में 12,10,647 बेसहारा गायें 7604 गोशाला स्थलों पर संरक्षित हैं।
बैठक में, पशुपालन विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव श्री के. रवींद्र नायक ने मंत्री को विभाग की योजनाओं की स्थिति के बारे में जानकारी दी और सभी आवश्यक सुविधाओं की व्यवस्था करने का आश्वासन दिया। बैठक में अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।

17 October 2024, Lucknow: New initiative towards making the cowsheds of Uttar Pradesh self-reliant – Livestock Development Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shri Dharampal Singh has given instructions to prepare an action plan to make the cow sheds of the state self-reliant. He said that this will reduce the dependence on the government for the maintenance of cattle.
The Minister talked about promoting the proper use of cow products with the help of women self-help groups, so that organic fertilizers, cow dung pots, cow cast, and other products can be made. This will create employment and also benefit the environment.
Mr Singh directed the officials to inspect the cow shelters at least once every month. He talked about ensuring health, medical care, straw, bran, water, light and sanitation arrangements for the cows. Instructions were also given to conduct regular health checkup of cattle through mobile veterinary unit.
The minister said that no cow should remain hungry in cowsheds, and strict action would be taken on any complaint in this regard. At present, 12,10,647 destitute cows are protected at 7604 cow shelter sites in the state.
In the meeting, Principal Secretary of Livestock Department Shri K. Ravindra Nayak informed the Minister about the status of the schemes of the department and assured to ensure arrangement of all necessary facilities. Other senior officials were also present in the meeting.
