जब ‘आज तक’ की टीम गोशालाओं में पहुंची, तो प्रधान ने बताया कि लोग चौड़ी से चारा लाने के लिए नहीं आ रहे हैं। किसानों का कहना है कि अगर वे चारा लाएंगे, तो उन पर शुल्क लगेगा। इस पर जिला अधिकारी ने कहा कि ग्राम प्रधान को खेतों में जेसीबी मशीनें लगाने का इंतजाम करना चाहिए, ताकि चारा लोड करने में दिक्कत न हो और किसानों को कोई शुल्क न देना पड़े।
चारा जलाने पर जुर्माना बढ़ा
