Deputy Director Animal Husbandry inspected the native poultry farm | (उप निदेशक पशुपालन ने किया देशी मुर्गी फार्म का निरीक्षण!)

04 दिसंबर 2024, छिंदवाड़ा, डीप्युटी डायरेक्टर पशुपालन ने देशी मुर्गियों के फार्म का निरीक्षण किया – कलेक्टर श्री शीलेंद्र सिंह के निर्देश पर, पशुपालन और डेयरी विभाग के डॉ. एच.जी.एस. पक्शवार ने छिंदवाड़ा जिले के तामिया विकास खंड के गांव जूनापानी में श्री मुकेश देहारीया के स्थानीय मुर्गी फार्म का आकस्मिक निरीक्षण किया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान, श्री मुकेश देहारीया ने बताया कि बटेर के अंडों को हैचरी मशीन में रखा जाता है जिससे छोटे बटेर बाहर आते हैं। इस मशीन की क्षमता 3200 अंडों की है। हैचिंग के बाद, बटेर 35 दिन में बिक्री के लिए तैयार हो जाते हैं। एक बटेर का वजन 200 ग्राम होता है और इसकी कीमत 80 रुपये है। बटेर के अंडे का वजन 7 से 9 ग्राम होता है, जो उच्च प्रोटीन का स्रोत है। 4 मुर्गी अंडों के बराबर 2 बटेर अंडे होते हैं। आसपास के क्षेत्रों में बटेर और मुर्गी के चूजों की मांग बहुत बढ़ गई है, खासकर होटलों में। वर्तमान में बाजार में 2000 बटेर उपलब्ध हैं, जिसमें 500 बटेर के चूजे, 300 देशी मुर्गी के चूजे और 200 कादकनाथ चूजे शामिल हैं।

श्री देहारीया ने बताया कि बटेर के मांस में कोलेस्ट्रॉल की मात्रा बहुत कम होती है, जो मानव उपभोक्ता के लिए फायदेमंद है। इसके अलावा, बटेर में किसी प्रकार की बीमारी होने की संभावना नहीं होती, जबकि मुर्गियों में कई प्रकार की बीमारियाँ पाई जाती हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि उन्होंने बरेली से 2 टर्की भी लाए हैं, जिन्हें बटेरों और मुर्गियों के साथ रखा गया है।

पशुपालन और डेयरी विभाग के डॉ. पक्शवार ने बताया कि टर्की से कोक्सीडियोसिस नामक बीमारी फैल सकती है, और इसलिए टर्कियों को फार्म पर अलग से रखना चाहिए। निरीक्षण के दौरान यह पाया गया कि 2 बटेर जिनके पैर लंगड़ाते थे, वह जिंक की कमी के कारण चल नहीं पा रहे थे। इसलिए, उन्हें मौखिक रूप में जिंक दिया जाना चाहिए। नरसिंहपुर कलेक्टर श्रीमती शीतल पटले ने डिप्टी डायरेक्टर डॉ. अजगर खान को निर्देश दिया कि वे देखें कि बटेर का पालन जूनापानी मुर्गी फार्म के साथ हो रहा है। डॉ. अजगर खान और डॉ. पक्शवार ने मिलकर फार्म का निरीक्षण किया और इसके बाद, नरसिंहपुर में बटेर के चूजों की मांग की गई। डॉ. खान ने बटेर पालन में श्री देहारीया की प्रशंसा की।

श्री देहारीया ने बताया कि कलेक्टर श्री शीलेंद्र सिंह के निर्देश पर, चhindवाड़ा के जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी श्री एडवांस कुमार और डॉ. पक्शवार के मार्गदर्शन में उनके मुर्गी फार्म के लिए 40 लाख रुपये का मामला ऑनलाइन पूरा हो गया है। जिसमें उन्हें 50 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी, यानी 20 लाख रुपये प्राप्त होंगे, जिससे वह अपने फार्म का विस्तार कर सकेंगे। श्री देहारीया ने बताया कि उनका मासिक आय एक लाख रुपये है और फार्म का वार्षिक टर्नओवर 28 लाख रुपये है। उन्होंने अपील की है कि जो भी लाभार्थी हैं, वे NGO के माध्यम से मुर्गी और बटेर पालन करें। यदि किसी को चूजों की आवश्यकता हो, तो वे उनके फार्म से प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

04 December 2024, Chhindwara, Deputy Director Animal Husbandry inspected the native poultry farm – As per the instructions of Collector Shri Shilendra Singh, Deputy Director Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, Dr. H.G.S. Pakshwar conducted a surprise inspection of Kadaknath and quail being reared together in the local poultry farm of Shri Mukesh Dehariya in village Junapani of Tamia development block of the district.

During the inspection, it was told by Mr. Mukesh Dehariya that quail babies are taken out by placing quail eggs in a hatchery machine. The capacity of the hatchery machine is 3200 eggs. After hatching, quail becomes sellable in the market in 35 days. One quail weighing 200 grams is sold for Rs 80. Quail egg weighs 07 to 09 grams, which has high amount of protein. If you eat 4 chicken eggs, then 2 quail eggs are equal to 4 chicken eggs. Quail chicks and chicken chicks are being supplied to interested people in the surrounding areas. At present the demand for quail is very high in hotels. Currently 2000 quails are available in the market. 500 quail chicks are available, 300 desi chicken chicks are available and 200 Kadaknath chicks are available.

Mr. Dehariya told that cholesterol is found in very less quantity in quail meat, which is very beneficial for human consumption. Also, there is no possibility of any kind of disease in quail, whereas various types of diseases are found in chickens. Mr. Dehariya has also brought 02 turkeys from Bareilly during the training, which have been kept along with quails and chickens.

Deputy Director Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, Dr. Pakshawar told that there is a possibility of coccidiosis disease being caused by turkey and turkey is the carrier for this disease. Therefore, turkeys should be reared separately in the farm. During the inspection of Deputy Director Dr. Pakshwar, it was found that 02 quails whose legs were limping were not able to walk due to zinc deficiency. Therefore, zinc should be given in the form of oral medicine. Narsinghpur Collector Mrs. Shitala Patle directed the Deputy Director Dr. Azgar Khan to see that quail is being reared along with Junapani poultry farm. The poultry farm and quail farm were inspected jointly with Deputy Director Dr. Azgar Khan and Dr. Pakshwar and after getting detailed information, as an innovation, demand for quail chicks for rearing quail in Narsinghpur was made from Mr. Dehariya, Deputy Director. Narsinghpur Dr. Khan did it. Dr. Khan also praised the farm operator for doing quail farming business along with poultry farming.

It was told by Mr. Dehariya that as per the instructions of Collector Mr. Sheelendra Singh, under the guidance of Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Chhindwara Mr. Advance Kumar and under the guidance of Deputy Director Dr. Pakshwar, the case of Rs. 40.00 lakh for my poultry farm has been completed online. In which I will get 50 percent subsidy amounting to Rs. 20.00 lakhs through which the poultry farm will be expanded. Mr. Dehariya told that my income per month is one lakh rupees. The annual turnover of the farm is Rs 28 lakh. An appeal has been made by Shri Dehariya, resident of village Junapani of development block Tamia, that any beneficiary should take up poultry farming and quail farming through NGO.
