04 दिसंबर 2024, रायपुर, छत्तीसगढ़: गाय पालन को प्रोत्साहन, दूध उत्पादन बढ़ाने की योजना पर जोर – छत्तीसगढ़ में मातृ गायों के संरक्षण और संवर्धन के प्रयास तेज हो गए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय ने गाय shelters को दिए जाने वाले प्रति गाय अनुदान को 25 रुपए से बढ़ाकर 35 रुपए करने की घोषणा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने यह घोषणा रायपुर के पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ऑडिटोरियम में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य गाय सेवा आयोग के नए अध्यक्ष श्री विशेशर सिंह पटेल के कार्यभार ग्रहण समारोह में की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में मातृ गायों के संरक्षण के लिए जन जागरूकता अभियान चलाने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने यह भी घोषणा की कि राज्य में गाय आश्रय अब “गौधाम” के नाम से जाने जाएंगे। राज्य सरकार बेमेतरा के जलम में 50 एकड़ और कवर्धा में 120 एकड़ भूमि पर गौधाम का विकास कर रही है। बेमेतरा के गौधाम का निर्माण पूरा हो चुका है और इसे जल्द ही उद्घाटन किया जाएगा।

04 December 2024, Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Encouragement to cow rearing, emphasis on plan to increase milk production – Efforts for conservation and promotion of mother cows have intensified in Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has announced to increase the per cattle grant amount given to cow shelters from Rs 25 to Rs 35. The Chief Minister made this announcement at the assuming charge ceremony of the new Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Cow Service Commission, Mr. Visheshhar Singh Patel, held at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium in the capital Raipur.
The Chief Minister said that there is a need to run a public awareness campaign for the protection of mother cows in the state. He also announced that cow sanctuaries in the state will now be known as Gaudham. The state government is developing Gaudham on 50 acres of land in Jhalam in Bemetara and 120 acres of land in Kawardha. The construction of Bemetara’s Gaudham has been completed and it will be inaugurated soon.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister inspected the stalls of cow products set up at the function and stressed on promoting the products related to cow. The government has started work on new schemes to increase milk production in the state and strengthen the Devbhog brand of Chhattisgarh.
