To avail the benefits of the scheme, it is very important to have a bank account linked to Aadhaar. Otherwise the installment will get stuck. You can find out by visiting your bank branch or you can also check from the official website of UIDAI. If both are not linked then it can be linked by going to the bank. Besides, DBT option should also be activated in the account. If the option is closed, the installment amount will not be credited to the account.
