पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया

छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने खारिफ विपणन वर्ष 2024-25 में धान और मक्का की खरीद के लिए किसानों का पंजीकरण अभियान शुरू किया है। सरकार ने उन किसानों से अपील की है जो इस अभियान में पंजीकरण नहीं करा पाए हैं, वे प्रक्रिया पूरी कर लें। यह अभियान 1 जुलाई से 31 अक्टूबर तक चलेगा।

इसके अलावा, 16 अक्टूबर से छत्तीसगढ़ में 27वां वन खेल महोत्सव आयोजित किया जाएगा।

पोर्टल के माध्यम से पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया सरल बनाई गई

सरकार का तर्क है कि कृषि विकास और किसान कल्याण एवं जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग ने किसानों को विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया को सरल बनाया है। इसके लिए एक एकीकृत किसान पोर्टल विकसित किया गया है।

किसानों के नए पंजीकरण के साथ-साथ पहले से पंजीकृत किसानों की फसल और क्षेत्र में संशोधनों की जानकारी भी एकीकृत किसान पोर्टल के माध्यम से दर्ज की जा सकती है। यह प्रक्रिया 31 अक्टूबर तक सहकारी समाज के माध्यम से पूरी की जाएगी।

धान और मक्का की खरीद योजना को भी एकीकृत किसान पोर्टल में शामिल किया गया है। जिन्होंने पिछले खारिफ सीजन 2023-24 में पंजीकरण कराया था, वे अब बिना नए पंजीकरण के सरकारी खरीद में भाग ले सकेंगे। यह कार्य एकीकृत किसान पंजीकरण पोर्टल के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

परिवार के सदस्यों को भी नामांकित किया जा सकता है

जो पहले से पंजीकृत किसान खुद से अपनी उपज बेचने के लिए खरीद केंद्र नहीं आ सकते, उन्हें अपने परिवार के किसी सदस्य को नामांकित करना होगा। इसके लिए माँ, पिता, पति, पत्नी, बेटा, बेटी, दामाद, बहु, भाई, बहन और अन्य करीबी रिश्तेदारों को नामांकित किया जा सकता है। इस पोर्टल पर, किसान पिछले वर्ष पंजीकृत अपने नामांकित रिश्तेदारों की जानकारी में भी परिवर्तन कर सकते हैं।

केवल यही नहीं, भूमि के मालिक, शेयरकापर और अढ़िया रिगहा के तहत फसल लगाने वाले किसान भी अपना पंजीकरण करा सकते हैं। ऐसे किसानों को भूमि मालिक किसान के नामांकित व्यक्ति के रूप में पंजीकृत किया जाएगा। सभी खरीद केंद्रों में बायोमीट्रिक प्रणाली के सुगम और व्यवस्थित संचालन के लिए एक प्रभारी लगाया गया है।

Paddy and maize procurement scheme has also been included in the integrated farmer portal. Farmers who had registered in the last Kharif season 2023-24 will now be able to participate in government procurement without registering. This work will be done through the Integrated Farmer Registration Portal.

Family members can also be nominated

Already registered farmers who are not able to come to the procurement center to sell their produce themselves will have to nominate a member of their family. For this, mother, father, husband, wife, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother, sister and other close relatives can be made nominees. On this portal, farmers can also make changes in the details of their nominated relatives registered last year.

Not only this, farm owners, sharecroppers and farmers growing crops under Adhiya Regaha will also be able to register themselves. Such farmers will be registered as nominees of the Farm Owner farmer. An in-charge has been deployed in all the procurement centers for the smooth and systematic operation of the Biometric System.
