In Rajasthan, ban on calling stray cows as ‘destitute’, order issued to call them ‘destitute’ or ‘destitute’ | (राजस्थान में गायों को ‘निर्धन’ कहने पर रोक, नया आदेश!)

राजस्थान में, सड़कों पर घूमने वाली गायों को अब ” stray” या ” stray cattle” कहने पर रोक लगा दी गई है। नए आदेश के अनुसार, ऐसी गायों को अब ” destitute” या ” निर्धन” कहा जाएगा। यानी, abandoned गायों को अब stray गाय नहीं, बल्कि निर्धन गाय या निर्धन पशु कहा जाएगा। इस पर राज्य सरकार ने आदेश जारी किया है।

यह आदेश राजस्थान के गोपालन विभाग द्वारा जारी किया गया है। 27 अक्टूबर को जारी आदेश में सभी सरकारी विभागों को बताया गया है कि केवल ” निर्धन” या ” destitute” जैसे शब्दों का उपयोग किया जाए। गोपालन विभाग के सचिव, डॉ. समीत शर्मा ने लिखा है कि गायों की पीढ़ी हमारी सांस्कृतिक धरोहर का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है। आज के समय में, विभिन्न कारणों से कुछ गायें निर्धन और छोडी हुई हो जाती हैं। इन्हें सड़कों या अन्य सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर असहाय स्थिति में देखा जाता है। इन पशुओं के लिए ” stray” शब्द का उपयोग करना गलत और अपमानजनक है। यह हमारी सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों के खिलाफ है।

इस आदेश में आगे कहा गया है कि जो गायें खुली घूम रहीं हैं, उन्हें ” निर्धन” या ” destitute” गाय कहना उचित है। यह शब्द इस गायों के प्रति संवेदनशीलता, सम्मान और करुणा व्यक्त करता है। आदेश में कहा गया है कि राज्य के सभी सरकारी और सहायता प्राप्त संस्थानों को गायों के लिए यही नाम इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए। साथ ही, हर सरकारी आदेश, दिशा-निर्देश, सूचना पत्र और रिपोर्ट में ” stray” की जगह ” निर्धन” या ” destitute” शब्द का प्रयोग करने के लिए कहा गया है।

मध्य प्रदेश में भी नया नाम

पहले, राजस्थान में गाय को राज्य की माता का दर्जा देने की मांग उठी थी। बीजेपी के विधायक गोर्धन वर्मा ने मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा को पत्र लिखकर गाय को राज्य माता का दर्जा देने की मांग की थी। पत्र में यह भी मांग की गई थी कि गाय की हत्या करने वालों के लिए फांसी की सजा का प्रावधान किया जाए। दो महीने पहले, मध्य प्रदेश ने भी गायों के लिए ” stray” शब्द के उपयोग पर रोक लगाई थी। इसी तरह, हाल ही में महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने गाय को राज्य माता का दर्जा दिया है और कहा है कि स्वदेशी गायें किसानों के लिए एक वरदान हैं, इसलिए उन्हें राज्य माता का दर्जा दिया गया है।

According to the new order, now such cows will not be called stray but a respectable word will be used for them. These respectable words would be destitute or destitute. Using the word stray for these cattle is inappropriate and derogatory. This is contrary to our cultural values.

Government order issued

It is further said in the order, it is correct to address the cows roaming freely as destitute or destitute cows rather than as strays. This vocabulary expresses sensitivity, respect and compassion towards these cows. It has been said in the order that all the government and aided institutions of the state should use the same name for the cow progeny. Along with this, in every government order, guideline, information letter and report, it has been asked to use the word destitute or destitute instead of vagabond.

New name in Madhya Pradesh also

Earlier, a demand was raised in Rajasthan to give the status of mother of the state to the cow. BJP MLA from Sikar Gordhan Verma had written a letter to Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma demanding to give the status of state mother to the cow. It was also demanded in the letter that a provision for death penalty should be made for those who commit cow slaughter. Two months ago, Madhya Pradesh had also issued an order banning the use of the word destitute while calling cows stray. In Madhya Pradesh also there has been a ban on calling cows stray. Apart from this, recently the Maharashtra government gave the status of State Mother to the cow and said that indigenous cows are a boon for the farmers, hence they have been given the status of State Mother.
