प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि अब तक कुरुक्षेत्र में सर्वाधिक 966195 मीट्रिक टन धान की खरीद की गई है। इसके अलावा, करनाल में 809770 MT, Kaithal में 790245 MT, अम्बाला में 513324 MT, यमुनानगर में 512587 MT, फतेहाबाद में 489196 MT, जिंद में 172051 MT, सिरसा में 145232 MT और पंचकुला में 76889 MT धान खरीदा गया है।
1,08,494 मीट्रिक टन बाजरे की खरीद
इस बीच, महेन्द्रगढ़ जिले में विभिन्न बाजारों में 1,08,494 मीट्रिक टन बाजरा खरीदा गया है। इसी तरह, रेवाड़ी जिले में 95,449 मीट्रिक टन, भिवानी में 69,175 मीट्रिक टन, चरखी दादरी में 35,946 मीट्रिक टन और गुरुग्राम में 35,923 मीट्रिक टन बाजरा खरीदा गया है।
