रबी सीजन 2024 में उत्तर प्रदेश के किसानों को बीजाई के पीक सत्र के दौरान खाद की समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। खाद की कमी के कारण, किसान घंटों लाइन में खड़े होने के बाद भी खाद नहीं प्राप्त कर पा रहे हैं। इसी बीच, उत्तर प्रदेश के कृषि मंत्री सूर्या प्रताप शाही ने शुक्रवार को लखनऊ स्थित अपने सरकारी आवास 8 कालिदास मार्ग पर कृषि विभाग और पीसीएफ के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ एक समीक्षा बैठक की। मंत्री शाही ने कहा कि मुख्यपुरी, हाथरस, अयोध्या, अंबेडकरनगर, मुज़फ्फरनगर और आगरा जिलों के लिए रेक आ रहे हैं, जो जल्द ही पहुंचने की संभावना है। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले वर्ष की खपत को ध्यान में रखते हुए, नजदीकी जिलों में खाद की कमी के विशेष जिलों के लिए खाद को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर रैक बिंदु से सीधे भेजने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
काली मार्केटिंग किसी भी कीमत पर न हो
उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि खाद का वितरण उनके पर्यवेक्षण में किया जाए, काली मार्केटिंग और अधिक मूल्य निर्धारण न हो, और कोई भी खरीदार अपनी कृषि भूमि में बोई गई फसल से अधिक मात्रा में खाद न खरीदे। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि सहकारी क्षेत्र में खाद की कमी की संभावना है, तो संबंधित गोदामों से तुरंत खाद को जारी किया जाए और किसानों की आवश्यकता के अनुसार बिक्री के लिए उपलब्ध कराया जाए। जहां भी कार्य हो रहा है, वहां खाद की उपलब्धता पर प्राथमिकता से ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए।
खाद कंपनियों को दिए गए निर्देश
कृषि मंत्री ने कृषि निदेशक को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि आज खाद कंपनियों/संस्थाओं के साथ समीक्षा बैठक करते समय, किसानों द्वारा वर्तमान में की जा रही फसलों की बीजाई को अधिकतम प्राथमिकता दी जानी चाहिए। यदि फास्फेटिक खाद का अधिक सप्लाई किया जाता है और भेजे जाने वाले खाद रैक की पुष्टि में समस्या आती है, तो तुरंत कृषि निदेशालय को सूचित किया जाए।
किसानों को चिंता करने की आवश्यकता नहीं
उन्होंने कहा कि फास्फेटिक खाद की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जा रही है और किसानों को चिंता करने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है। जो किसान अभी फसल नहीं बोए हैं, उन्हें अनावश्यक रूप से खाद का पूर्व भंडारण नहीं करना चाहिए। फास्फेटिक खाद समय पर उपलब्ध होगी, जैसे ही गेहूं की बीजाई का समय आएगा।

कृषि मंत्री सूर्या प्रताप शाही ने मंत्री नड्डा से मुलाकात की
इससे पहले, उत्तर प्रदेश के कृषि मंत्री सूर्या प्रताप शाही ने रबी सीजन में राज्य में खाद की आपूर्ति संबंधी मुद्दों पर केंद्रीय उर्वरक और रासायनिक मंत्री जेपी नड्डा से मुलाकात की। उन्होंने पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में सर्दी की फसलों जैसे कि मौसंबी, तिलहन और आलू की बीजाई की योजना पर विशेष ध्यान दिया। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि 15 नवंबर से 15 दिसंबर तक गेहूं की सफल बीजाई के लिए पर्याप्त खाद की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जानी चाहिए।
शाही ने कहा कि वर्तमान में उत्तर प्रदेश में 2.34 लाख मीट्रिक टन DAP और 2.63 लाख मीट्रिक टन NPK खाद उपलब्ध है। DAP की बढ़ती मांग को देखते हुए, कृषि मंत्री ने कम से कम 6 लाख मीट्रिक टन DAP और 2 लाख मीट्रिक टन NPK की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने का अनुरोध किया।

Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi on Friday held a review meeting with senior officials of the Agriculture Department and PCF at his official residence 8 Kalidas Marg in Lucknow. Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi said that rakes are on the way for Mainpuri, Hathras, Ayodhya, Ambedkarnagar, Muzaffarnagar and Agra districts, which are likely to reach soon. Keeping in mind the consumption last year, instructions have been given to make the fertilizers coming on priority basis directly from the rack point to the nearby districts, especially for those districts where there is shortage of fertilizers.
Black marketing should not happen at any cost
While giving instructions to all the officers, he said that the distribution system of fertilizers should be done in the field under his supervision, black marketing, over rating and no buyer should purchase fertilizers in more quantity than the crop sown in his holding/agricultural land. Shahi said that where there is a possibility of shortage of fertilizers in the cooperative sector, the fertilizers should be immediately released from the respective warehouses and made available for sale to the farmers as per the requirement, in the area at which the sowing of crops is done by the farmers. Instructions given to fertilizer companies
Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi, while giving instructions to the Director of Agriculture, said that while holding a review meeting today with the fertilizer companies/institutions regarding the supply/intent of fertilizers, maximum priority should be given to the sowing of crops currently being done by the farmers. If more phosphatic fertilizers are supplied and if there is a problem in receiving the intention of the fertilizer rack to be dispatched, then the Agriculture Directorate should be informed immediately.
Farmers need not worry
He said that availability of phosphatic fertilizers is being ensured, farmers need not worry.
There is no need, farmers who do not yet have to sow crops should not do unnecessary advance storage. Phosphate fertilizer will be available on time as per requirement for sowing wheat.

Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi met Minister Nadda
Earlier, UP Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi had met Union Fertilizer and Chemical Minister JP Nadda regarding the supply of fertilizers in the state for the upcoming Rabi season. He especially paid attention to the sowing of existing pulses, oilseeds and potato crops as well as preparations for sowing of wheat in western Uttar Pradesh from next week. Emphasis was laid on adequate fertilizer availability to ensure successful wheat sowing simultaneously across the state from November 15 to December 15.
Shahi said that currently 2.34 lakh metric tonnes of DAP and 2.63 lakh metric tonnes of NPK fertilizers are available in Uttar Pradesh. In view of the increasing demand of DAP among farmers, the Agriculture Minister had requested to ensure supply of at least 6 lakh MT of DAP and 2 lakh MT of NPK in the month of November.
