हरियाणा के किसानों के लिए अच्छी खबर है। राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने घोषणा की है कि किसानों को खरीफ फसलों के लिए अधिक संसाधन जुटाने के बदले राहत दी जाएगी। इसके लिए, राज्य सरकार 15 नवंबर को किसानों के खातों में सीधे 300 करोड़ रुपये का बोनस डालने जा रही है। इसके अलावा, जल्द ही 550 करोड़ रुपये का और बोनस जारी किया जाएगा। इससे पहले, 16 अगस्त 2024 को सरकार ने 496.89 करोड़ रुपये जारी किए थे। बता दें कि कम बारिश के कारण किसानों पर वित्तीय बोझ कम करने के लिए राज्य सरकार प्रति एकड़ 2000 रुपये का बोनस दे रही है।

सरकार किसानों के साथ
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि किसानों का हित हमारे लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है। पिछले 10 वर्षों में, सरकार ने बीज से लेकर बाजार तक किसानों के साथ खड़ी रही है। हमारे संकल्प पत्र में, हमनें सभी 24 फसलों के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) पर हर अनाज खरीदने का निश्चय किया था। राज्य सरकार वर्तमान खरीफ मौसम में धान और बाजरे का हर अनाज MSP पर खरीद रही है।
“धान की खरीद 15 नवंबर तक पूरी”
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने अब तक लगभग 52 लाख मीट्रिक टन धान में से 51 लाख 40 हजार मीट्रिक टन धान खरीद लिया है। बाकी धान भी 15 नवंबर तक खरीद लिया जाएगा। इसी तरह, अब तक मंडियों में 4 लाख 76 हजार मीट्रिक टन बाजरा आया है। इसमें से 4 लाख 67 हजार मीट्रिक टन बाजरा MSP पर खरीदा गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त, मंडियों में मूंग की आवक भी शुरू हो गई है। अब तक 1033 टन मूंग आया है, जिसमें से 580 टन मूंग खरीदी जा चुकी है।
ब्रोकर कमीशन में वृद्धि
अब तक, फसल खरीदने के बाद किसानों के खातों में 13 हजार 500 करोड़ रुपये सीधे जमा किए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि फसल खरीद में ब्रोकरों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका को देखते हुए, राज्य सरकार ने उनके हितों का भी ध्यान रखा है। सरकार ने ब्रोकर कमीशन को 46 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल से बढ़ाकर 55 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल कर दिया है।

Government stands with farmers

In our resolution letter, we had resolved to purchase every grain of all those 24 crops for which MSP i.e. minimum support price is fixed. The state government is purchasing every grain of paddy and millet at MSP in the current Kharif season.
“Paddy procurement completed by 15th November”
He said that the government has so far purchased 51 lakh 40 thousand metric tons of paddy out of the approximately 52 lakh metric tons of paddy that has arrived in the markets. The remaining paddy will also be purchased by November 15. Similarly, so far 4 lakh 76 thousand metric tonnes of millet has arrived in the mandis. Out of this, 4 lakh 67 thousand metric tonnes of millet has been purchased at MSP. Apart from this, arrival of moong has also started in the markets. Till now 1033 tonnes of moong has arrived. Out of this, 580 tonnes of moong has been purchased.
Increase in broker commission
Till now, we have deposited Rs 13 thousand 500 crores in the bank accounts of farmers through DBT after purchasing their crops. He further said that considering the important role of commission agents in crop procurement, the state government has also taken care of their interests. The government has increased the commission commission from Rs 46 per quintal to Rs 55 per quintal.
