हरियाणा के कुछ किसान कांक्रेट समाधान निकाल चुके हैं ताकि वे पराली का सही इस्तेमाल कर सकें। वे पराली को जलाने के बजाय उससे कई उपयोगी चीजें बना रहे हैं। इससे न केवल उन्हें पैसे मिल रहे हैं, बल्कि वे पर्यावरण की भी रक्षा कर रहे हैं। हम करनाल जिले के किसानों की बात कर रहे हैं, जो पराली से कई उपयोगी चीजें बना रहे हैं और उन्हें बेचकर पैसे कमा रहे हैं। ये किसान आसपास के अन्य किसानों के लिए प्रेरणा बन रहे हैं कि बिना पराली जलाए भी इसके कई फायदे हैं।

किसान स्ट्रॉ बेलर, हैप्पी सीडर और पैडी स्ट्रॉ चॉपर जैसे मशीनों का उपयोग करके पराली को जैव ईंधन और पशु चारा में बदल रहे हैं। उपालना गांव के किसान सुनील राणा ने ‘द ट्रिब्यून’ को बताया कि वह लगभग 20 किसानों से पराली इकट्ठा करते हैं और इसे एक शराब कंपनी को बेचते हैं जिससे उन्हें 170 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल मिलते हैं, जबकि पराली जलाने से बचने के लिए किसानों को सरकार को पैसा देना पड़ता है। इसके लिए किसानों को प्रति एकड़ 1,000 रुपये का प्रोत्साहन दिया जाता है।

एक अन्य किसान जतिंदर कुमार ने कहा कि पिछले तीन वर्षों से वह पराली को बंडल बनाकर 180-190 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल में कारखानों को बेचते हैं। सोमनाथ, जिसने सब्सिडी पर स्ट्रॉ बेलर मशीन ली है, वह पराली के निपटान के काम में 50 श्रमिकों को रोजगार देते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि जैव ईंधन की मांग पराली प्रबंधन को बढ़ावा दे रही है। कृषि के उपनिदेशक डॉ. वजीर सिंह ने कहा कि लगभग 1,640 किसानों ने पराली प्रबंधन मशीनरी के लिए अनुमति प्राप्त की है और सरकार सत्यापन कार्य पूरा होने के बाद सब्सिडी प्रदान करेगी।

स्ट्रॉ बेलर मशीन के फायदे

किसान स्ट्रॉ बेलर मशीन का सबसे ज्यादा उपयोग कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि यह इस्तेमाल में आसान है और इसके कई फायदे हैं। स्ट्रॉ बेलर मशीन ट्रैक्टर के साथ लगी होती है और पराली को संकुचित करके बड़ी बेल्स में बदल देती है। इससे पराली को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान भेजना आसान हो जाता है। उदाहरण के लिए, अगर पराली को जैव ईंधन बनाने के लिए फैक्ट्री में भेजना है, तो यह प्रक्रिया आसान होती है। इसके अलावा, बेल को चारे के रूप में भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।

हैप्पी सीडर ने काम को आसान किया

स्ट्रॉ बेलर मशीन की तरह हैप्पी सीडर मशीन भी किसानों के काम को आसान बनाती है। यह मशीन पराली के निपटान में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। यह मशीन दो काम एक साथ करती है, जिससे किसानों के लिए खेती करना सुविधाजनक हो जाता है। हैप्पी सीडर मशीन न केवल खेत में बीज बोती है बल्कि पराली को भी हटाती है। किसानों की सबसे बड़ी चिंता खेत से पराली हटाना और उसमें बीज बोना होता है। यह मशीन दोनों काम एक साथ करती है। यहां तक कि पराली को मल्च में बदलकर खेतों में डाल दिया जाता है, जो बाद में खाद में बदल जाता है।

Another farmer Jatinder Kumar said that for the last three years, he bundles the stubble and sells it to factories at Rs 180-190 per quintal. Even the stubble is converted into mulch and put in the fields which later turns into manure.
