A Congress leader accused the officials of not understanding farmers’ issues and claimed that fertilizers are being sold on the black market, but the administration has failed to curb this practice.
The Guna district administration stated that the video was recorded before Kirar’s death on November 17.
In an official statement, it was mentioned that Kirar’s family informed the police that he had been unwell for a long time and was receiving treatment.
According to the administration, during a medical check-up on November 13 at Gokuldas Hospital in Indore, doctors found a blood clot in his brain and advised surgery.
However, Kirar’s family said they would have the operation done later. The statement claimed that he was a habitual drinker.
The statement continued, “On the night of November 17, he complained of chest pain and was taken to a hospital in Guna, where he was declared dead. There is no shortage of DAP fertilizers in Madhya Pradesh, and supply meets the demand.”
