अकोला, महाराष्ट्र में अक्टूबर की भीषण गर्मी से परेशान लोगों को गुरुवार रात अचानक हुई भारी बारिश से कुछ राहत मिली। लेकिन यह बारिश किसानों के लिए हानिकारक साबित हुई। अकोला और आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में तेज बारिश, तेज हवाएं और बिजली के साथ नुकसान हुआ, जिससे सोयाबीन और कपास की फसल को भारी नुकसान हुआ।

किसानों ने प्रशासन से फसल का पंचनामा कराने की मांग की है, ताकि उन्हें उचित मुआवजा मिल सके। जिन किसानों को पहले ही सोयाबीन की फसल में कमी का सामना करना पड़ रहा था, वे अब अचानक हुई इस बारिश से और अधिक प्रभावित हो गए हैं। इस क्षेत्र में सोयाबीन और कपास की फसलें प्रमुखता से उगाई जाती हैं, और यह किसानों के लिए आय का एक महत्वपूर्ण स्रोत है। लेकिन इस साल बारिश के चलते किसानों में निराशा का माहौल है।

इन दोनों फसलों का नुकसान किसानों के लिए बहुत बड़ा है। ये दोनों फसलें नकद फसल के रूप में जानी जाती हैं, क्योंकि किसान इनको बेचकर आगे की तैयारी करते हैं। इससे वह अगली खेती के लिए पैसे जुटाते हैं और विभिन्न योजनाएं बनाते हैं। लेकिन किसानों का कहना है कि इस बारिश ने उनके सपनों को बर्बाद कर दिया है, क्योंकि अब उन्हें फसल से कोई आय नहीं मिलेगी। निराश किसान प्रशासन से मुआवजे की अपील कर रहे हैं और जल्द पंचनामे की मांग कर रहे हैं।
