बेंगलुरु में भारी बारिश जारी है, जिससे लोगों को कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। मंगलवार की सुबह से हो रही भारी बारिश ने राजधानी बेंगलुरु समेत कर्नाटक के केंद्रीय और दक्षिणी क्षेत्रों में जीवन को प्रभावित किया है। भारत के मौसम विज्ञान विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि बंगाल की खाड़ी में बने न्यूनतम दबाव के कारण यह भारी बारिश हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगले 24 घंटों में राज्य के उत्तर में भी ऐसे ही मौसम की संभावना है। एक अधिकारी ने कहा, “यह स्थिति अगले तीन से चार दिनों तक बनी रहेगी।” बारिश के चलते स्टूडेंट्स और ऑफिस जाने वालों को खासकर सड़क जाम की समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। कई निचले इलाकों में पानी भर गया है।
मंगलवार सुबह 8:30 बजे तक पिछले 24 घंटों में शहर में 16 मिमी बारिश रिकॉर्ड की गई। आईएमडी ने तटीय कर्नाटक और टुमकुर, मैसूर, कोडागु, चिक्कामगलुरु, हासन, कोलार, शिवमोग्गा और चिक्काबल्लापुर जिलों के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है, जो रोजमर्रा की गतिविधियों में बाधा डाल सकते हैं।

सड़कों पर जलभराव रोकने के उपाय
लगातार बारिश के कारण सड़कों पर जलभराव होने से यातायात में बढ़ोतरी होगी। इस कारण सड़क विभाग के अधिकारियों को सभी मुख्य सड़कों की जांच करने और जलभराव रोकने के उपाय करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने निगम के कर्मचारियों के साथ मिलकर गंदगी को साफ करने और बारिश के पानी को सुचारु रूप से नालियों में बहाने के निर्देश दिए। बारिश के कारण स्थायी पानी, पेड़ और डालियों के गिरने जैसी समस्याओं को तुरंत सुलझाने के लिए निर्देश दिए गए हैं। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिए कि रॉयल नहर में पानी का प्रवाह लगातार बना रहे। बीबीएमपी के मुख्य आयुक्त ने सुझाव दिया कि अधिकारियों को उचित कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए ताकि कोई समस्या न आए।

Addressing a meeting organized virtually today on various matters under BBMP, he said that it has been raining continuously since morning and all the officers should work with caution.
Tushar Girinath said, necessary steps should be taken to ensure that there is no problem anywhere. Be cautious near flood prone areas. He said that if there is any problem, arrangements should be made to immediately take the local people to a safe place.
Measures to prevent waterlogging on roads
Due to continuous rain, there will be more traffic due to waterlogging on the roads. In view of this, Road Department officials should inspect all the major roads and take appropriate measures to prevent waterlogging. He, along with the corporation employees, gave instructions to clean the garbage accumulated near the grating and drain the rain water smoothly into the side drains. Instructions have been given to immediately resolve the complaints regarding problems like stagnant water, falling of trees and branches due to rain. It should be ensured that the flow of water continues smoothly in the Royal Canal. The Chief Commissioner of BBMP suggested that the officials take appropriate action, so that no problem occurs.
