Animal farmers should get their animals insured – Dr. Tripathi Harda | (“जानवरों का बीमा जरूरी: डॉ. त्रिपाठी हरदा की सलाह”)

07 दिसंबर 2024, हरदा, डॉ. त्रिपाठी: पशुपालकों को अपने जानवरों का बीमा करवाना चाहिए – भारत सरकार के पशुपालन और दुग्ध उत्पादन मंत्रालय 2024-25 के लिए राष्ट्रीय पशुधन मिशन के तहत घरेलू दूध देने वाले जानवरों का बीमा प्रदान करेगा। यह योजना पशुपालकों को जानवरों के मरने पर वित्तीय नुकसान से सुरक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए है। उप निदेशक पशु चिकित्सा सेवा, डॉ. एस.के. त्रिपाठी ने बताया कि जिले में इन जानवरों का बीमा ICICI लोम्बार्ड जनरल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। योजना के अंतर्गत, एक परिवार के एक लाभार्थी द्वारा अधिकतम 10 जानवरों का बीमा किया जा सकता है जिसमें प्रीमियम पर सब्सिडी मिलेगी। इस कार्य को जिला स्तर पर बीमा कंपनी पशुपालन विभाग के समन्वय से करेगी।

डॉ. त्रिपाठी ने बताया कि जानवरों का बीमा 1 वर्ष, 2 वर्ष या 3 वर्ष के लिए किया जा सकता है। बीमा प्रीमियम दर 1 वर्ष के लिए 3.72 प्रतिशत, 2 वर्ष के लिए 7.35 प्रतिशत और 3 वर्ष के लिए 9.00 प्रतिशत होगी। सभी श्रेणियों के लिए कुल बीमा प्रीमियम पर 85 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी मिलेगी और शेष 15 प्रतिशत राशि पशुपालक को बीमा कंपनी को भुगतान करनी होगी। बीमा के समय, पशु चिकित्सक बीमा कंपनी के प्रतिनिधि के सहयोग से जानवर के कान में एक अद्वितीय पहचान संख्या का कान का टैग लगाते हैं और पशु स्वास्थ्य प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जाता है। यह कार्य बीमा कंपनी के मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। जानवर की मृत्यु होने की स्थिति में, यदि यह दुर्घटना के कारण नहीं है, तो मृत्यु का दावा बीमा तारीख के 21 दिन बाद मान्य होगा।

डॉ. त्रिपाठी ने कहा कि जानवर की मृत्यु के 24 घंटे के भीतर, मृत जानवर की सूचना और उसके कान के टैग के साथ फोटो लाभार्थी को बीमा कंपनी को फोन नंबर 1800-2666 और ईमेल cattleintimationnlm.mp@icicilombard.com पर भेजनी होगी। उन्होंने जिले के सभी पशुपालकों से अनुरोध किया कि वे भारत सरकार की पशुधन बीमा योजना के तहत अपने जानवरों का बीमा जरूर करवाएं ताकि किसी भी प्रतिकूल स्थिति में उन्हें जानवरों की मृत्यु से होने वाले वित्तीय नुकसान से सुरक्षा मिल सके।

Deputy Director Dr. Tripathi told that animals can be insured for 1 year, 2 years or 3 years. He said that the insurance premium rate will be 3.72 percent for 1 year, 7.35 percent for 2 years and 9.00 percent for 3 years. There will be 85 percent subsidy on the total insurance premium for all categories and the remaining 15 percent amount will be paid by the cattle rearer to the insurance company as beneficiary share. At the time of insurance, the veterinarian, in collaboration with the representative of the insurance company, will put an ear tag with a unique identification number in the ear of the animal to identify the animal and an animal health certificate will be issued. This work will be done through the mobile app of the insurance company. In cases other than animal death due to accident, claims for animal death will be valid after 21 days from the insurance date.

Deputy Director Dr. Tripathi said that within 24 hours of the death of the animal, the first information about the death of the animal and the photo of the dead animal along with the ear tag should be sent by the beneficiary to the insurance company on phone number 1800-2666 and email cattleintimationnlm.mp@icicilombard.com. But it has to be given. Deputy Director Dr. Tripathi has requested all the cattle farmers of the district to get their animals insured under the Livestock Insurance Scheme of the Government of India, so that in any adverse situation, they can get protection from financial loss due to animal death.
