हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नाइब सिंह सैनी ने चंडीगढ़ में नई कैबिनेट की पहली बैठक के बाद एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में कहा कि राज्य सरकार किसानों से खरीफ फसलों का हर दाना न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) पर खरीदेगी। इस बार की खरीफ फसल में धान और बाजरा MSP पर खरीदे जा रहे हैं। अब तक मंडियों में 30 लाख मीट्रिक टन धान पहुंच चुका है, जिसमें से 25,55,319 मीट्रिक टन धान को MSP पर खरीदा गया है। किसानों के खाते में धान की खरीद के लिए 3,056 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान सीधे किया जा चुका है। मंदियों से 13,90,199 मीट्रिक टन धान को उठाया भी गया है।
किसानों को 331 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान
सीएम नाइब सिंह सैनी ने बताया कि इस खरीफ सीजन में अब तक 3.47 लाख मीट्रिक टन बाजरा मंडियों में पहुंचा है, जिसमें से 3.05 लाख मीट्रिक टन खरीदा गया है। 1,14,358 मीट्रिक टन बाजरा मंडियों से उठाया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि बाजरे की खरीद के लिए किसानों के खातों में 331 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान किया गया है।

पराली जलाने की घटनाओं के बारे में पूछने पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हरियाणा में पराली जलाने की घटनाएं कम हुई हैं। इस मुद्दे पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी राज्य के किसानों की प्रशंसा की है। उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा सरकार लगातार किसानों को पराली न जलाने के लिए जागरूक कर रही है और पराली प्रबंधन के लिए विभिन्न मशीनें अनुदान पर उपलब्ध करा रही है, ताकि पराली जलाने की घटनाओं को पूरी तरह से रोका जा सके।
सरकार ने नियुक्त किए नोडल अधिकारी
पराली जलाने की समस्या से निपटने के लिए हरियाणा सरकार ने 3,224 नोडल अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति की है और किसानों को 2018-19 कृषि सत्र से फसल अवशेष प्रबंधन (CRM) मशीनें रियायती दरों पर दी जा रही हैं। राज्य सरकार इस मशीन की खरीद पर भी प्रोत्साहन दे रही है। सरकार CRM मशीनें इस्तेमाल करने पर प्रति एकड़ 1,000 रुपये और धान की पराली को गौशालाओं में ले जाने पर प्रति एकड़ 500 रुपये का प्रोत्साहन दे रही है।
