हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने कहा है कि राज्य में खाद की कोई कमी नहीं है। विपक्ष के खाद की कमी के आरोपों को खारिज करते हुए, उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा में पर्याप्त खाद का स्टॉक उपलब्ध है और गेहूं की फसल के लिए लगभग 24 लाख हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र और सरसों की फसल के लिए 10 लाख हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में जरूरत के अनुसार खाद सीधे दी जा रही है। पिछले साल 1 अक्टूबर से 9 नवंबर तक DAP की खपत 1,46,152 मीट्रिक टन थी, जबकि इस बार 9 नवंबर, 2024 तक खपत 1,54,540 मीट्रिक टन तक पहुंच गई। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत सरकार ने नवंबर महीने के लिए हरियाणा को 1,10,200 मीट्रिक टन DAP आवंटित किया है।
कई जिलों में DAP का स्टॉक उपलब्ध
मुख्यमंत्री सैनी ने कहा कि आज अलग-अलग जिलों में 23,118 मीट्रिक टन DAP का स्टॉक उपलब्ध है। अगले दो से तीन दिनों में विभिन्न जिलों में 9,172 मीट्रिक टन DAP और आएगा। इसके अलावा, राज्य में 71,281 MT का सिंगल सुपर फॉस्फेट (SSP) और 24,343 MT का NPK का भी स्टॉक अभी मौजूद है। उन्होंने किसानों से अनुरोध किया कि वे किसी तरह की अफवाहों पर ध्यान न दें।

विपक्ष का सरकार पर हमला
दूसरी ओर, कांग्रेस के नेता सरकार के दावों पर सवाल उठा रहे हैं। आल इंडिया कांग्रेस कमेटी की महासचिव, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री और सिरसा सांसद कुमारी शैलजा ने मीडिया को जारी एक बयान में कहा कि एक ओर किसान DAP खाद के कारण आत्महत्या कर रहा है और दूसरी ओर मुख्यमंत्री नायब सैनी दावा कर रहे हैं कि राज्य में DAP खाद की कोई कमी नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर सरकार उपग्रह के माध्यम से देख सकती है कि कौन पराली जला रहा है, तो फिर खाद के लिए लंबी कतारों को कैसे नहीं देख सकती?
“किसानों को खाद क्यों नहीं मिल रही?”
उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि अगर खाद उपलब्ध है तो किसानों को क्यों नहीं मिल रही? DAP के बैग काले बाजार में कौन बेच रहा है? यह राज्य का दुर्भाग्य है कि उकलाना में एक किसान खाद की कमी के कारण आत्महत्या कर रहा है। सांसद कुमारी शैलजा ने कहा कि अगर कोई किसान खाद, बीज और कीटनाशक के लिए आत्महत्या करता है, तो यह सरकार के लिए इससे बड़ा शर्म की बात और क्या हो सकती है। किसान खाद की खातिर रो रहा है और सरकार का प्रशासन केवल एक ही बात कहता है कि खाद की कमी नहीं है। अगर कमी नहीं है, तो फिर किसान को खाद क्यों नहीं मिल रही है, क्यों किसान तनाव के कारण आत्महत्या कर रहा है?

Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini has claimed that there is no shortage of any fertilizer in the state. Rejecting the opposition’s allegation of shortage of fertilizers, he said that sufficient stock of fertilizers is available in Haryana and fertilizers are being provided as per requirement for wheat crop in about 24 lakh hectare area and mustard crop in 10 lakh hectare area. Last year, the consumption of DAP from October 1 to November 9 was 1,46,152 metric tons, this time till November 9, 2024, the consumption was 1,54,540 metric tons. He also said that the Government of India has allocated 1,10,200 metric tonnes of DAP to Haryana for the month of November.
DAP stocks available in many districts
Chief Minister Saini said that today the stock of DAP is 23118 metric tons available in different districts. Within the next two to three days, 9,172 metric tonnes and DAP will be received in different districts of the state. Opposition attacks government on DAP
On the other hand, Congress leaders are raising questions on the government’s claim. All India Congress Committee General Secretary, former Union Minister and Sirsa MP Kumari Shailaja has said in a statement issued to the media that on the other hand another farmer is committing suicide because of DAP fertilizer, while on the other hand CM Nayab Saini is claiming that in the state There is no shortage of DAP fertilizer. He said that if the government comes to know through satellite who is burning stubble and where, then the government is not able to see the long queues for fertilizer?
“Why are farmers not getting fertilizer?”
He said that if there is fertilizer then why are the farmers not getting it? Who is selling the DAP bags in black? It is the misfortune of the state that a farmer in Uklana committed suicide due to non-availability of fertilizer. MP Kumari Shailja said that if a farmer commits suicide for the sake of fertiliser, seeds and pesticides then there can be no greater shame for the government than this. The farmer is screaming for fertilizer and the government administration says only one thing that fertiliser. There is no shortage, if there is no shortage then why is the farmer not getting fertilizer, why is the farmer committing suicide due to distress?
