Also, arrangements should be made to ensure that black marketing, over-rating and no buyer purchases fertilizers in excess quantity than the crop sown in his holding/agricultural land. Shahi said that where there is a possibility of shortage of fertilizers in the cooperative sector, fertilizers should be immediately released from the respective warehouses as per requirement and made available to the farmers for sale. Availability of fertilizers should be ensured on priority in the area where sowing of crops is being done by the farmers.
