चक्रवात डाना का असर देखने को मिल रहा है। यह ओडिशा के तट पर पहुंचने के साथ ही बिहार के कई जिलों में बारिश करवा रहा है, वहीं यूपी में भी इस चक्रवात के कारण मौसम में बदलाव आया है। मौसम वैज्ञानिक अतुल कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि पूर्वी यूपी के कई जिलों में अगले 3 दिन तक बादल छाए रहेंगे और यहां हल्की बारिश भी हो सकती है। इसके अलावा, कई जिलों में 15 से 20 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की गति से तेज़ हवाएं चलने की संभावना है। यह सिलसिला 29 अक्टूबर तक जारी रहेगा, जिससे तापमान भी गिरेगा।

On October 27, light rain is expected in 17 districts of south-eastern UP. These include Fatehpur, Banda, Chitrakoot, Kushinagar, Pratapgarh, Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Deoria, Mau Ballia along with Varanasi and surrounding districts. Apart from this, there may be light rain in the south-eastern part on October 28 also. Whereas in Western UP the weather is expected to remain dry these days. In many districts the minimum temperature has reached around 17℃. The weather has changed in Lucknow also due to light wind blowing last night. At the same time, due to the decrease in minimum temperature in many districts of the state, the nights there have been cold. The lowest minimum temperature of 17.6℃ has been recorded in Najibabad. The minimum temperature recorded was 17.7°C in Meerut, 18.6°C in Muzaffarnagar, 19.2°C in Bareilly, 19°C in Ghazipur and 19.5°C in Ayodhya.
Churk and Kanpur cities have recorded a minimum temperature of 19.0℃. The maximum temperature recorded was 31.2℃ in Fatehgarh, 28℃ in Ghazipur, 31.5℃ in Ayodhya, 26.8℃ in Churk, 28℃ in Ballia and 27.6℃ in Varanasi BHU.
Dana storm changed the weather of UP
Cyclonic storm Dana has started wreaking havoc. While it is raining in many districts of Bihar along with hitting the coast of Odisha, the weather has changed in UP also due to this cyclonic storm. Meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh said that many districts in the eastern part of UP will remain cloudy for the next 3 days and light rain may also occur in these districts.
