हरियाणा में DAP खाद की उपलब्धता को लेकर सत्ताधारी पक्ष और विपक्ष के बीच आरोप-प्रत्यारोप का दौर जारी है। विपक्ष ने इस मुद्दे को विधानसभा के चल रहे सत्र में उठाया है, जिस पर सरकार ने पहले की तरह जवाब दिया कि राज्य में खाद की पर्याप्त मात्रा उपलब्ध है। सोमवार हरियाणा विधानसभा का तीसरा दिन था। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने INLD विधायक आदित्य देवी लाल और कांग्रेस के विधायकों आफ़ताब अहमद और जस्सी पटवार द्वारा लाए गए ध्यानाकर्षण प्रस्ताव का जवाब दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि DAP की कोई कमी नहीं है और राज्य में खाद का पर्याप्त भंडार है।

इस बीच, INLD विधायक आदित्य देवी लाल ने सरकार पर आरोप लगाया कि महिलाओं को खाद के लिए लंबी कतारों में खड़ा होना पड़ रहा है। राज्य में खाद की बड़ी मात्रा में कालाबाजारी हो रही है, लेकिन सरकार कह रही है कि कोई कमी नहीं है।
कृषि मंत्री ने भी जवाब दिया।
राज्य के कृषि मंत्री श्याम सिंह राणा ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्यपाल के अभिभाषण के उत्तर में विस्तृत जानकारी दी थी कि खाद की कोई कमी नहीं है। मुख्यमंत्री ने DAP के बारे में 58 मिनट तक जानकारी दी, लेकिन वे (कृषि मंत्री) फिर से विवरण देंगे। श्याम सिंह राणा ने कहा, “मैं खुद एक किसान हूं और खाद की आवश्यकता के विभिन्न चरणों को जानता हूं।”

A round of allegations and counter-allegations is going on between the parties and the opposition regarding DAP fertilizer in Haryana. Monday was the third day of Haryana Assembly. During this visit, CM Nayab Singh Saini responded to the calling attention motion brought by INLD MLA Aditya Devi Lal and Congress MLAs Aftab Ahmed and Jassi Petwar. He claimed that there is no shortage of DAP and there is adequate stock of fertilizer in the state.

According to the report of ‘The Tribune’, CM Saini said that if any member wants information about the stock, then we can send a detailed reply. DAP shortage is just a rumour. However, Congress and INLD disagreed with the CM’s claim and said that the government has failed to answer their supplementary questions on the calling attention motion.
Former CM and Congress MLA Bhupendra Singh Hooda said that time is very important in terms of availability of DAP stock. He said that there may be sufficient stock in the state right now, but the government should share the information about the available stock as of November 12 in the House. Once the required time for DAP has passed, there is no point in having the stock available. However, the veteran Congress leader did not get any reply on this.

At the same time, INLD MLA Aditya Devi Lal accused the government that women are being forced to stand in long lines for fertilizer. Black marketing of fertilizers is happening on a large scale in the state, but the government is claiming that there is no shortage.
