1- सबसे पहले आपको प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना की आधिकारिक साइट www.pmuy.gov.in पर जाना होगा।
2- अब होम पेज पर आपको डाउनलोड विकल्प चुनना है।
3- अब आपके सामने चार फॉर्म डाउनलोड करने का विकल्प खुलेगा जिसमें उज्ज्वला फॉर्म हिंदी, उज्ज्वला फॉर्म इंग्लिश, उज्ज्वला केवाईसी फॉर्म हिंदी और चौथा उज्ज्वला केवाईसी फॉर्म इंग्लिश शामिल है।
4- इन चार विकल्पों में से अपनी भाषा के अनुसार उज्ज्वला फॉर्म पर क्लिक करें और इसे डाउनलोड करें। यदि आप चाहें तो यह फॉर्म LPG केंद्र से भी ले सकते हैं।
5- फॉर्म की प्रिंट आउट लेकर उसमें मांगी गई सभी जानकारी भरें जैसे आपका नाम, उम्र, पता। फॉर्म में आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की एक सूची भी मांगी जाएगी। उन्हें फॉर्म के साथ संलग्न करें।

How to apply online
To avail the benefits of the scheme, you can also apply online. For this you have to follow some procedure.
1- First of all you have to go to the official site of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana www.pmuy.gov.in.
2- Now on the home page you have to select the download option.
3- Now the option to download four forms will open in front of you. Which includes Ujjwala Form Hindi, Ujjwala Form English, Ujjwala KYC Form Hindi and the fourth Ujjwala KYC Form English.
4- Out of these four options, click on the Ujjwala form according to your language and download it. If you want, you can also get this form from the LPG center.
5- After getting the print out of the form, fill all the information asked in it like your name, age, address. A list of required documents will also be asked for in the form. Attach them with the form.
6- Now read the form once and submit it to your nearest LPG center. After this, when your form and verification of all the documents is completed, you will get the gas connection for free.
