21 अक्टूबर 2024, शिवपुरी: जानवरों में कृत्रिम निदान के लिए सेक्स सॉर्टेड वीर्य योजना फायदेमंद है – कलेक्टर रविंद्र चौधरी ने शुक्रवार को पशुपालन विभाग के कार्यों की समीक्षा की। बैठक में जानवरों के कृत्रिम निदान के लिए सेक्स सॉर्टेड वीर्य योजना की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। यह प्रगति सीएम हेल्पलाइन और विभिन्न विभागीय योजनाओं के लक्ष्यों के संदर्भ में की गई। बैठक में पशुपालन विभाग के उप निदेशक, डॉ. तामोरी और विकास खंडों के पशुविज्ञानी उपस्थित थे।

कलेक्टर रविंद्र कुमार चौधरी ने सभी पशुविज्ञानियों को निर्देश दिए हैं। जानवरों में कृत्रिम निदान के लिए सेक्स सॉर्टेड वीर्य योजना पशुपालकों के लिए लाभदायक है। पशुविज्ञानियों को इस योजना के बारे में पशुपालकों को बताना चाहिए। उन्हें गाय सेवकों और गाय मित्रों का पूरा सहयोग लेना चाहिए, और जो सहयोग उन्हें दिया जा रहा है, वह समय पर देना चाहिए। इस योजना के लक्ष्यों को उनके माध्यम से प्राप्त करना चाहिए। अगर पशुपालक सेक्स सॉर्टेड वीर्य का उपयोग करते हैं, तो उन्हें अच्छी नस्ल के जानवर मिलेंगे, जिससे उनके रोजगार और आय में वृद्धि होगी। बैठक में सीएम हेल्पलाइन की भी समीक्षा की गई और इसे संतोषजनक तरीके से हल करने के निर्देश दिए गए। इसके अलावा, जिन गोशालाओं का संचालन हो रहा है, उनके बारे में जानकारी ली गई, और उन गोशालाओं में जहां पानी की व्यवस्था नहीं है, उनके लिए व पानी की व्यवस्था करने के विकल्पों पर चर्चा की गई। यदि ऐसी जगहें हैं जहां कुएं या बोरवेल के जरिए पानी की व्यवस्था की जा सकती है, तो उस पर कार्रवाई करने को कहा गया।

इसके अलावा, विभाग द्वारा संचालित आचार्य विद्यासागर योजना, बकरी पालन, पोल्ट्री farming, डेयरी पशु योजना आदि की समीक्षा करते समय, 2024-25 वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए लक्ष्यों को शीघ्र पूरा करने के लिए निर्देश दिए गए हैं। प्रधानमंत्री जन मन अभियान के तहत इन योजनाओं के लाभ को सहारिया लाभार्थियों तक पहुंचाने की आवश्यकता है। इसके साथ ही, बैंकों को भी समय पर मामलों को स्वीकृत कर, पशुधन क्रेडिट कार्ड में राशि वितरण सुनिश्चित करना होगा। इस संबंध में बैठक में उपस्थित प्रमुख बैंक प्रबंधक को भी निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

CM Helpline was also reviewed in the meeting and instructions were given to resolve it satisfactorily. Apart from this, information was taken about the cow sheds being operated and what alternatives could be there in the cow sheds where there is no water system, it was also discussed and it was said that in such areas where water can be arranged through wells or borewells, send offer.

Apart from this, while reviewing the Acharya Vidyasagar Scheme, Goat Farming, Poultry Farming, Dairy Cattle Scheme etc. being run by the department, instructions have been given to quickly complete the target achieved for the financial year 2024-25. Under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Man Abhiyan, the benefits of these schemes should be extended to Sahariya beneficiaries. Apart from this, the bank should also approve the case on time and distribute the amount in Livestock Credit Card. In this regard, instructions have also been given to the lead bank manager present in the meeting.
