07 दिसंबर 2024, खरगोन, खरगोन में मवेशियों के विकास के लिए नई पहल – मध्य प्रदेश के खरगोन जिले में मवेशियों के विकास को एक नई दिशा देने के लिए, BAAF Livelihoods ने Cow Fit डिवाइस के जरिए एक स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन प्रणाली शुरू की है। BAF Livelihoods इस तकनीक का उपयोग BSS माइक्रोफाइनेंस के सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व कार्यक्रम के तहत जिलापंचायत खरगोन के मार्गदर्शन में कर रहा है ताकि पशुपालकों को वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण से समर्थ बनाया जा सके।
BAF Livelihoods के जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी, श्री DN बैरागी ने बताया कि पशुपालन विभाग की तकनीकी सलाह के अनुसार, यह डिवाइस दाबा गांव के श्री प्रदीप मीना और श्री दिनेश मीना की 10 निमाड़ी गायों में स्थापित किया गया है। यह डिवाइस गायों की स्वास्थ्य, प्रजनन और आहार की निगरानी में मदद करता है, जिससे समय पर बीमारियों का पता लगाया जा सके और दूध उत्पादन में सुधार हो सके।

Health management system started with Cow Fit device
07 December 2024, Khargon, New initiative for livestock development in Khargone – To give a new direction to livestock development in Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh, BAAF Livelihoods has started a health management system by installing Cow Fit device. The technology of Cow Fit device is being used by BAF Livelihoods under the Social Responsibility Program of BSS Microfinance under the guidance of District Panchayat Khargone to empower the cattle herders with scientific approach.
District Program Officer of BAFE Livelihoods, Shri DN Bairagi said that as per the technical suggestion of the Animal Husbandry Department, this device has been installed in 10 Nimari cows of Shri Pradeep Meena and Shri Dinesh Meena of Daba village. This device helps in monitoring the health, reproduction and nutrition of cows, thereby timely detecting diseases and improving milk production.
Main benefits of Cow Fit Device – Health monitoring monitors activity, temperature and heart rate. Improves fertility by ensuring artificial insemination at the right time. Addresses diet related problems as part of diet management. Accurate location information of cows under location tracking. Data analysis helps cattle farmers to take better decisions. State Head Mr. Pawan Patidar and Regional Incharge Mr. J.L. came from BAF Livelihoods Bhopal to see the installation process of Cow Fit device. Patidar visited Daba. He discussed with the local cattle farmers and highlighted the utility of the device and its impact.
Animal husbandry Mr. Pradeep Meena and Mr. Dinesh Meena expressed their happiness, calling it a big step in the direction of scientific animal husbandry. He said that Cow Fit device will definitely improve the health and reproduction of our cows. Will also share his experiences of Cow Fit device with cattle herders of other villages. State Chief Shri Patidar said, this initiative in Khargone will prove to be a model for other districts of the state. This will help in strengthening the sustainable livelihood of animal farmers by adopting Artificial Intelligence in animal husbandry. Regional Incharge Shri JL Patidar said that this combination of innovation and technological progress in animal husbandry is not only beneficial for the animal farmers, but is also an important step towards sustainable rural development.
