देशभर में खरीफ फसलों की सरकारी खरीद 1 अक्टूबर से शुरू हो गई है। वहीं, किसानों का फसल बिक्री के लिए पंजीकरण सितंबर महीने से चल रहा है। इस संदर्भ में, मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने सोयाबीन किसानों की उपज खरीदने का निर्णय लिया है। राज्य मंत्रिमंडल ने 25 अक्टूबर से सोयाबीन की सरकारी खरीद शुरू करने की मंजूरी दे दी है। किसानों को न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) दिया जाएगा। फसल खरीद के लिए राज्य भर में 1400 से अधिक खरीद केंद्र स्थापित किए गये हैं।
मध्य प्रदेश सोयाबीन उत्पादन में आगे है। केंद्रीय कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय के अनुसार, इस बार खरीफ मौसम में किसानों ने बड़े पैमाने पर सोयाबीन की खेती की है। 27 सितंबर को जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार, देशभर में सोयाबीन के तहत क्षेत्र पिछले साल की तुलना में लगभग 2 लाख हेक्टेयर बढ़कर 125.11 लाख हेक्टेयर हो गया है। पिछले साल, सोयाबीन 123.85 लाख हेक्टेयर में बोया गया था। इस बार क्षेत्र बढ़ने के दो कारण हैं: पहली, अच्छी बारिश और अनुकूल मौसम, और दूसरी, सोयाबीन का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) पिछले वर्ष के मुकाबले प्रति क्विंटल 292 रुपये बढ़ाना।
25 अक्टूबर से 1400 केंद्रों पर खरीद होगी शुरू
मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने राज्य के सोयाबीन किसानों की उपज खरीदने की घोषणा की है। कैबिनेट ने न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर सोयाबीन खरीदने की तिथि 25 अक्टूबर तय की है। कृषि विभाग के अनुसार, फसलों की बिक्री के लिए राज्य भर में 1400 से अधिक खरीद केंद्र बनाए गए हैं, जो सरकारी मंडियों, सहकारी समितियों आदि में स्थापित हैं। किसानों को सलाह दी गई है कि वे अपनी उपज के भुगतान के लिए 48 घंटे के अंदर अपने खातों में राशि भेजें।
किसानों को मिलेगा 4892 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल का मूल्य
राज्य मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक के निर्णयों की जानकारी देते हुए मध्य प्रदेश के उपमुख्यमंत्री राजेंद्र शुक्ला ने कहा कि 25 अक्टूबर से सोयाबीन की सरकारी खरीद शुरू होगी, जो 31 दिसंबर तक चलेगी। किसानों से सोयाबीन 4892 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल के न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीदी जाएगी। यह पहली बार है कि सोयाबीन को MSP पर खरीदा जाएगा। किसानों में सोयाबीन बेचने के लिए पंजीकरण करने को लेकर उत्साह देखा जा रहा है।
4 लाख सोयाबीन किसानों ने किया पंजीकरण
उपमुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि अब तक 3.44 लाख किसानों ने सोयाबीन फसल बिक्री के लिए पंजीकरण कराया है और यह प्रक्रिया अभी भी जारी है। वहीं, मध्य प्रदेश में मोटे अनाज जैसे ज्वार और बाजरा की MSP पर सरकारी खरीद 22 नवंबर 2024 से शुरू होगी। जबकि, धान की खरीद 2 दिसंबर 2024 से शुरू की जाएगी।

Government procurement of Kharif crops across the country has started from October 1. Whereas, the registration process of farmers for sale is going on since the month of September. In this series, Madhya Pradesh government has announced to purchase the produce of soybean farmers. The state cabinet has approved to start government procurement of soybean from October 25. Farmers will be given minimum support price. More than 1400 purchasing centers have been set up across the state for crop procurement.
Madhya Pradesh has been at the forefront in the matter of soybean cultivation. According to the Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, this time in the Kharif season, farmers have cultivated soybean extensively. According to the data released on September 27, the area under soybean at the national level has increased by about 2 lakh hectares to 125.11 lakh hectares as compared to last year. Last year, soybean was sown in 123.85 lakh hectare area. This time there are two reasons for increase in area, first is good rains and favorable weather and second is the increase in MSP rate of soybean by Rs 292 per quintal.
Procurement will start at 1400 centers from October 25
Madhya Pradesh government has announced to purchase the produce of soybean farmers of the state. The Cabinet has fixed October 25 as the date for purchasing soybean at the minimum support price. According to the Agriculture Department, more than 1400 procurement centers have been created across the state at the district and tehsil level for the sale of crops, which have been established in government mandis, cooperative societies etc. Farmers have been instructed to send payment for their produce to their accounts within 48 hours.
Farmers will get price of Rs 4892 per quintal
Giving information about the decisions of the state cabinet meeting held on October 22, Madhya Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla said that the government procurement of soybean will start from October 25, which will continue till December 31. Soybean will be purchased from farmers at the minimum support price MSP of Rs 4892 per quintal. He said that this is the first time that soybean is being purchased at MSP. Enthusiasm is being seen among the farmers to register for the sale of soybean crop.
4 lakh soybean farmers got registered
The Deputy Chief Minister said that so far 3.44 lakh farmers have registered for the sale of soybean crop and the registration process is still going on. At the same time, in Madhya Pradesh, government procurement of coarse grains i.e. jowar and millet on MSP will start from 22 November 2024. Whereas, it has been informed that the procurement of paddy will start from December 2, 2024.
