Agriculture sector shines in ‘Rising Rajasthan’ summit, agreements worth Rs 19500 crore signed in many sectors | (“राइजिंग राजस्थान सम्मेलन में कृषि क्षेत्र का जलवा, 19500 करोड़ के समझौते!”)

जयपुर में चल रहे ‘राइजिंग राजस्थान’ वैश्विक समिट में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में 15 लाख करोड़ रुपये के निवेश के लिए समझौते किए गए हैं। खास बात यह है कि राजस्थान सरकार ने कृषि और इससे जुड़े क्षेत्र के लिए 19,500 करोड़ रुपये का एक समझौता किया है। ‘राइजिंग राजस्थान’ के कृषि प्री-समिट में 862 निवेशकों ने समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। इसमें कृषि विपणन, बागवानी, मत्स्य पालन, ऑर्गेनिक फॉर्मिंग, पशुपालन, डेयरी और सहकारी क्षेत्र शामिल हैं।

राजस्थान एक कृषि प्रधान राज्य है, जहां की अधिकांश जनसंख्या खेती पर निर्भर है। यह राज्य सरसों, बाजरा और तेलबीज के उत्पादन में नंबर एक है। यहां के किसान इन फसलों की खेती से अच्छा आय अर्जित करते हैं। इसके अलावा, राजस्थान में दूध, मोटे अनाज, अनाज, मूँगफली, सोयाबीन, चना और दालें भी बड़े पैमाने पर उत्पादन होती हैं। ऐसे में, कृषि क्षेत्र में निवेश न केवल रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करेगा बल्कि किसानों की समृद्धि भी लाएगा।

कृषि क्षेत्र में हुए समझौतों

कृषि क्षेत्र में हुए समझौतों के तहत, किसानों को उनकी उपज के लिए सही मूल्य मिलेगा, उनके लाभ में वृद्धि होगी क्योंकि उनकी उपज के लिए सप्लाई चेन में सुधार होगा और खरीदारों का पता लगाया जाएगा। कृषि में निवेश के लिए किए गए समझौतों के तहत, राजस्थान में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण और पैकेजिंग उद्योगों की संख्या बढ़ेगी, जिससे सप्लाई-डिमांड चेन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। यह फल और सब्जियों जैसी नाशवान उपज के लिए नए बाजारों का निर्माण करेगा और राज्य में रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करेगा।

राजस्थान कृषि इंफ्रा के तहत 5 एग्रो-फूड पार्क और 3 एग्रो-प्रोसेसिंग क्लस्टर स्थापित किए जाएंगे, जिससे निजी निवेश को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। किसानों की आय बढ़ाने और कृषि उत्पादों की बिक्री को बढ़ावा देने के लिए जोधपुर, कोटा, गंगानगर, अलवर और हाल ही में बीकानेर सहित कई एग्रो-फूड पार्क बनाए जा रहे हैं। खाद्य प्रसंस्करण को प्राथमिकता देते हुए, राजस्थान सरकार ने जयपुर, जोधपुर और टोंक में तीन कृषि प्रसंस्करण क्लस्टर भी बनाए हैं।

रोजगार में वृद्धि में मदद

हाल के समझौतों से यह स्पष्ट है कि सरकार कृषि क्षेत्र में सार्वजनिक बुनियादी ढांचे को बढ़ाने पर केंद्रित है, ताकि किसानों और संबंधित रोजगार को बढ़ावा मिल सके। वहीं, निवेशकों को आकर्षित करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा कई प्रकार के प्रोत्साहन दिए जा रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही, छोटे और मध्य कुटीर उद्योग और MSME पर भी सरकार का ध्यान है।

कृषि प्री-समिट में कृषि से संबंधित लगभग हर क्षेत्र में निवेश की संभावना बढ़ी है। कृषि विपणन, ऑर्गेनिक फॉर्मिंग, बागवानी, मत्स्य पालन, पशुपालन और डेयरी जैसे क्षेत्रों में किसानों और आम लोगों के लिए कमाई और रोजगार के कई अवसर हैं। यह राज्य के युवा के लिए रोजगार के मौके पैदा करेगा, किसानों की आय बढ़ाएगा और स्थानीय स्तर पर उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देगा।

MoUs for investment worth Rs 15 lakh crore have been signed for different sectors in the ongoing ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Summit in Jaipur. The special thing in this is that the Rajasthan government has signed an MoU worth Rs 19500 crore for agriculture and its related sector. 862 investors have signed MoU in the Agriculture Pre-Summit of ‘Rising Rajasthan’. This includes agriculture marketing, horticulture, fisheries, organic farming, animal husbandry, dairy and cooperatives sectors.

Rajasthan is an agricultural state where majority of the population is dependent on farming. This state is number one in the production of mustard, sorghum and oilseeds. The farmers here earn good income from the cultivation of these crops. Apart from this, milk, coarse grains, cereals, groundnuts, soybean, gram and pulses are produced on a large scale in Rajasthan. In such a situation, investment in agriculture sector will not only create employment opportunities but will also bring prosperity to the farmers.

Agreements signed in agriculture sector

With the MoU signed in the agriculture sector, farmers will get the right price for their produce, their profits will increase because the supply chain for their produce will be improved and buyers will be found for it. The agreement for investment in agriculture will increase the number of food processing and packaging industries in Rajasthan, which will boost the supply-demand chain. This will provide new markets for perishable produce such as vegetables and fruits. This will increase employment opportunities in the state.

Rajasthan Agri Infra with 5 Agro-Food Parks, 3 Agro-Processing Clusters will further promote private investment. To increase the income of farmers and increase the sale of agricultural produce, many Agro-Food Parks are being built including Jodhpur, Kota, Ganganagar, Alwar and recently Bikaner. Giving priority to food processing, Rajasthan government has also created three agri processing clusters in Jaipur, Jodhpur and Tonk.

The recent agreement shows that the government’s focus is on increasing public infrastructure in the agriculture sector so that farmers and related employment can be promoted. On the other hand, many types of incentives etc. are being given by the government to attract investors.
