Singapore – The NTUC has launched a platform to help small companies improve their workplace culture and engage better with their employees.
This service was established by the U Small and Medium Enterprises (U SME) initiative, which aims to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in addressing important issues and challenges.
The new platform, called “Build Your Own Party,” serves as a one-stop resource for company activities, such as team-building sessions.
Companies and their employees can use this platform to sign up for events organized by NTUC U SME or plan their own customized activities with partner vendors on the platform.
Vendors include Epic Workshops, which specializes in creative terrarium-building workshops, and City Sprouts, which conducts urban farming and green workshops and programs.
NTUC and U SME announced on November 7 that this platform was developed in response to feedback from SMEs and their employees, who reported finding it challenging to allocate time and resources for planning company activities.
The launch coincided with the 10th anniversary of U SME, celebrated at an event on November 7 at the Parkroyal on Beach Road.
