स्प्रे से सब्जियां रहेंगी ताजा

हरे सब्जियों और फलों को सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान बैक्टीरिया से होता है। बैक्टीरिया के संपर्क में आने से इन उत्पादों के खराब होने का खतरा बढ़ जाता है। इस हर्बल स्प्रे को जब फलों और सब्जियों पर छिड़का जाएगा, तो ये खराब होने से बच जाएंगे। यह स्प्रे फलों और सब्जियों को 24 घंटों तक बैक्टीरिया के संपर्क में आने से रोकता है, जिससे खराब होने की संभावना लगभग खत्म हो जाती है। इस स्प्रे के साथ खाद्य पदार्थ ताजे रहेंगे।

यह स्प्रे विशेष तकनीक से बनाई गई है। वैज्ञानिकों ने इसमें एंटी-माइक्रोबियल प्रतिरोधी तकनीक का उपयोग किया है। इसमें धातु के सूक्ष्म कणों का मिश्रण किया गया है और लगभग 6 प्रकार के जड़ी-बूटियों के आवश्यक तेलों का उपयोग किया गया है। इस शोध को पूरा करने में वैज्ञानिकों को दो साल लगे। स्प्रे तैयार करने वाली टीम का कहना है कि यह स्प्रे अगले वर्ष तक पूरी तरह तैयार हो जाएगी और तब इसे बाजार में खरीदा जा सकेगा।
