उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा “किसान पाठशाला” का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसका उद्देश्य किसानों को नई खेती की तकनीकों और उन्नत खेती के तरीकों के बारे में जागरूक करना है। यह कार्यक्रम 4 दिसंबर से 20 दिसंबर तक यूपी के सभी ग्राम पंचायतों में आयोजित किया जाएगा। इसमें किसानों को बेहतर फसल उत्पादन के लिए कुछ सुझाव दिए जाएंगे, नई कृषि तकनीकों से अवगत कराया जाएगा और खेती से संबंधित सरकारी योजनाओं के बारे में बताया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही, किसानों को अपने उत्पाद बेचने के लिए बेहतर मूल्य पाने के लिए बाजार से संबंधित जानकारियाँ भी दी जाएंगी। इस दौरान, हर ब्लॉक की ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर किसान इस कार्यक्रम का लाभ उठा सकेंगे। यह जानकारी उत्तर प्रदेश के कृषि (एक्सटेंशन) के अतिरिक्त निदेशक, राजेंद्र कुमार सिंह ने “इंडिया टुडे” से बातचीत में दी।

उन्होंने बताया कि पाठशाला में किसानों को बीज और विभिन्न फसलों के चयन, रासायनिक उर्वरकों के विकल्प, जैविक उर्वरक, कृषि सुरक्षा आदि से संबंधित जानकारी दी जाएगी। नई कृषि तकनीकों के साथ-साथ किसानों को प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड, कृषि रजिस्ट्रेशन, पशुपालन, बागवानी, मत्स्य पालन, मशरूम उत्पादन और रेशम पालन के बारे में भी जानकारी मिलेगी।
किसानों को ऑनलाइन जानकारी मिलेगी
राजेंद्र कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि जो किसान इस पाठशाला में भाग नहीं ले सकेंगे, वे ऑनलाइन माध्यम से रिकॉर्ड किए गए वीडियो देख सकेंगे। कृषि विभाग द्वारा बनाई गई वीडियो किसान पाठशाला के दौरान विभाग की वेबसाइट पर अपलोड की जाएगी। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने 2017 से किसान पाठशाला का आयोजन शुरू किया था, जिसे “द मिलियन फार्मर्स स्कूल” के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।
