उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने अनुदान की व्यवस्था की है
10,000 रुपए से अधिक अनुदानित कृषि उपकरणों के लिए, वित्तीय वर्ष में अधिकतम दो उपकरणों के लिए अनुदान मान्य होगा। कृषि उपकरणों पर अधिकतम 50 प्रतिशत अनुदान दिया जाएगा। कस्टम हायरिंग सेंटर के लिए 10 लाख रुपये की परियोजना पर, 40 लाख रुपये का अनुदान और हाई-टेक हब के लिए 100 लाख रुपये की परियोजना पर अधिकतम 40 लाख रुपये का अनुदान दिया जाएगा। कृषि यांत्रिकी बैंक परियोजना के तहत 10 लाख रुपये की लागत पर अधिकतम 80 प्रतिशत का अनुदान दिया जाएगा। कृषि ड्रोन और सहायक उपकरणों की खरीद पर, कृषि स्नातकों (एग्री जंक्शन) और ग्रामीण उद्यमियों को उपकरण की कीमत का 50 प्रतिशत या अधिकतम 5 लाख रुपये का (जो भी कम हो) अनुदान मिलेगा। एफपीओ को कृषि ड्रोन और उनके सहायक उपकरणों की खरीद पर या तो 40 प्रतिशत का भुगतान या अधिकतम 4 लाख रुपये (जो भी कम हो) करना होगा।
बुकिंग राशि 2500 रुपये देनी होगी
10,000 से 1 लाख रुपये कीमत के कृषि उपकरणों के लिए बुकिंग राशि 2500 रुपये होगी, जबकि 1 लाख रुपये से ऊपर के कृषि उपकरणों के लिए यह राशि 5000 रुपये होगी। किसानों को आवेदन के समय मशीन के अनुसार बुकिंग राशि ऑनलाइन जमा करनी होगी। जो किसान चयनित नहीं होंगे, उन्हें बुकिंग राशि वापस कर दी जाएगी।
किसान 20 दिसंबर तक आवेदन कर सकेंगे
1- इच्छुक लाभार्थी/किसान 20 दिसंबर तक आवेदन कर सकेंगे। यदि विभागीय पोर्टल पर आवेदनों की संख्या लक्ष्य से अधिक होती है तो लाभार्थियों का चयन ब्लॉकवार लक्ष्य के अनुसार विभागीय पोर्टल पर ई-लॉटरी के तहत किया जाएगा।
2- ई-लॉटरी प्रणाली में चयनित लाभार्थियों की संख्या के साथ-साथ 50 प्रतिशत तक की प्रतीक्षा सूची भी क्रमबद्ध तरीके से तैयार की जाएगी। चयन/बुकिंग टोकन के लिए 30 दिन और कृषि उपकरण खरीदने तथा खरीद की रसीद, फोटो और उपकरण का सीरियल नंबर एवं संबंधित रिकॉर्ड विभागीय पोर्टल पर अपलोड करने के लिए अधिकतम 45 दिन का समय दिया जाएगा।
3- निर्धारित मानक के उपकरणों को पोर्टल पर अपलोड किए गए किसी भी उपकरण निर्माताओं से खरीदा जा सकेगा।
4- ई-लॉटरी के स्थान, तारीख और समय के बारे में जानकारी संबंधित जिला उप कृषि निदेशक द्वारा आवेदकों को दी जाएगी।

In this sequence, an opportunity is being given to get grant on agricultural equipment under the Sub Mission on Agricultural Mechanization Scheme and Crop Residue Management Scheme run by the Agriculture Department. Under all the schemes of agricultural mechanization of UP government, farmers get the opportunity to get grants on agricultural equipment – agricultural defense equipment, agricultural drones, agricultural equipment for crop residue management, custom hiring center, hi-tech hub for custom hiring, establishment of farm machinery bank etc. Is providing. Application has to be made on www.agriculture.up.gov.in
To apply for grant on agricultural equipment, one has to go to the website www.agriculture.up.gov.in and click on the link ‘Book for grant on equipment’. Booking-application of Agricultural Drone (Sub Mission on Agricultural Mechanization) and Custom Hiring Center (In-Situ) will be done online development section wise by clicking on the link Start Booking of Equipment on the website of the newly developed Darshan Portal of the Agriculture Department. For booking on the new portal, OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the farmers.
UP government has made arrangements for grants
For applications for agricultural equipment with a subsidy of more than Rs 10,000, the grant will be valid only for a maximum of two equipment in a financial year. There is a provision of grant of maximum 50 percent of the price on agricultural equipment, Custom Hiring Center project cost Rs 10 lakh, Hi-Tech Hub for Custom Hiring project cost Rs 100 lakh, Rs 40 lakh grant. Under the Farm Machinery Bank Project, there is a provision of maximum 80 percent grant at a cost of Rs 10 lakh and Custom Hiring Center (In-Situ Scheme) project (cost Rs 30 lakh). For agricultural drones and accessories, 50 percent of the price of the equipment and a maximum of Rs 5 lakh (whichever is less) will be payable to agricultural graduates (Agri Junction) and rural entrepreneurs on the purchase of agricultural drones and their accessories. On purchasing agricultural drones and their supporting equipment, FPO will have to pay 40 percent of the price of the equipment or a maximum of Rs 4 lakh (whichever is less).
Booking amount of Rs 2500 will have to be paid.
For agricultural equipment priced between Rs 10,000 to Rs 1 lakh, the amount for booking will be Rs 2500, while for agricultural equipment priced above Rs 1 lakh, this amount will be Rs 5,000. Farmers will have to deposit the machine wise booking amount online at the time of application. The booking amount will be refunded to the farmers who do not meet the target and are not selected in the e-lottery.
Farmers will be able to apply till December 20
1- Interested beneficiaries/farmers will be able to apply till 20th December. In case of more applications than the target on the departmental portal, the beneficiaries will be selected against the block wise targets through e-lottery on the departmental portal before the district level executive committee constituted under the chairmanship of DM.
2- In the e-lottery system, in addition to the number of beneficiaries to be selected as per the target, a waiting list will also be prepared sequentially up to 50 percent of the target. From the date of selection of beneficiaries/booking token confirmed, 30 days for purchasing agricultural equipment and uploading the purchase receipt, photo and serial number of the equipment and related records on the departmental portal and Custom Hiring Centre, Hitech Hub for Custom Hiring and Farm Machinery Bank. Maximum time will be 45 days.
3- Instruments of prescribed standard will be able to be purchased from any of the inventory uploaded on the portal by instrument manufacturers registered on reentracking.in.
4- Information about the venue, date and time of e-lottery will be made available to the applicants by the concerned District Deputy Agriculture Director.
