Country’s first solar power storage plant will be built in Morena, farmers will get uninterrupted electricity in Rabi season | (“मोरना में बनेगा देश का पहला सोलर पावर स्टोरेज प्लांट!”)

यह किसानों के लिए खुशखबरी है। मध्य प्रदेश के Morena में देश का पहला सौर ऊर्जा भंडारण संयंत्र बनाया जाएगा। इससे किसानों और आम लोगों को सीधे लाभ मिलेगा। वे अपने कृषि पंपों को चलाने के लिए निरंतर बिजली प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। यह केवल मध्य प्रदेश के किसानों को ही नहीं, बल्कि उत्तर प्रदेश के किसानों को भी इस सुविधा का लाभ मिलेगा। Morena में बनने वाला यह संयंत्र 600 मेगावाट बिजली उत्पादन करने में सक्षम होगा। इस योजना का नाम Morena-1 रखा गया है। इस संयंत्र का निर्माण कार्य 2025 में शुरू होगा और यह 2027 में चालू होगा।

पहले परियोजना के पूरा होने के बाद, सरकार Morena Project-2 शुरू करेगी, जिसमें 2000 मेगावाट क्षमता का सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र स्थापित किया जाएगा। यह देश का पहला ऐसा सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र होगा जहां बिजली को भंडारित किया जा सकेगा और रात में भी बिजली उपलब्ध कराई जा सकेगी। अभी तक देश में ऐसा कोई भंडारण संयंत्र नहीं है। इस 600 मेगावाट क्षमता के संयंत्र का निर्माण लगभग तीन हजार हेक्टेयर भूमि पर होगा, और इसकी लागत लगभग 3500 करोड़ रुपये होगी।

सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र के बारे में

इस संयंत्र की खासियत यह है कि यह दिन में बिजली प्रदान करेगा, लेकिन रात को बिजली की आपूर्ति में कोई परेशानी नहीं होगी। वास्तव में, दिन में सूर्य की गर्मी से उत्पन्न बिजली यहां भंडारित की जाएगी और रात में जरूरत पड़ने पर यह आपूर्ति की जाएगी। इस संयंत्र के निर्माण के बाद, प्रयास यह होगा कि मध्य प्रदेश और उत्तर प्रदेश यहां से 6 महीने के भीतर बिजली खरीद सकें। इससे खासकर उन किसानों को लाभ होगा, जो रबी फसलों के लिए रात में सिंचाई के लिए बिजली लेते हैं।

अभी, मध्य प्रदेश या उत्तर प्रदेश में रबी फसलों के लिए जो बिजली खरीदी जाती है, वह अक्सर महंगी होती है। लेकिन इस संयंत्र से सरकार को बिजली 4-5 रुपये प्रति यूनिट की दर पर मिलेगी। मध्य प्रदेश सौर ऊर्जा उत्पादन के मामले में प्रमुख राज्यों में से एक है। यहां दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Power Plant स्थित है, जो 750 मेगावाट बिजली उत्पादन करता है। इस संयंत्र से 76 प्रतिशत बिजली मध्य प्रदेश की बिजली उत्पादन कंपनियों को और 24 प्रतिशत बिजली दिल्ली मेट्रो को दी जाती है।

किसानों को मिलेगा मदद

Morena के सौर संयंत्र के निर्माण के बाद, किसानों की समस्याएं हल हो सकती हैं। उन्हें सिंचाई के लिए बिजली की कमी का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा क्योंकि इस संयंत्र से प्राप्त अधिकांश बिजली खेती में उपयोग में लाई जा सकेगी। यहां, दिन में जो बिजली उत्पन्न की जाएगी, उसे भंडारित किया जाएगा। वो भंडारित बिजली रात में सिंचाई जैसे कार्यों में उपयोग की जा सकेगी। यह सौर ऊर्जा अन्य कार्यों के लिए भी इस्तेमाल की जा सकती है।

This is good news for farmers. The country’s first solar power storage plant is going to be built in Morena, Madhya Pradesh. Farmers along with common people will get direct benefit of this plant. They will be able to get uninterrupted supply of electricity to run irrigation pumps. This will not only benefit the farmers of Madhya Pradesh but the farmers of UP will also be able to avail the facility. This plant to be built in Morena will be able to produce 600 MW electricity. This scheme has been named Morena-1. The construction work of this plant will start in 2025 and it will start functioning in 2027.

After the completion of the first project, the government will start Morena Project-2 in which a solar power plant of 2 thousand MW capacity will be set up. Let us tell you that this will be the first solar power plant of its kind in the country where electricity can be stored and electricity can be supplied even at night. Till now there is no such storage plant in the country where electricity can be stored. The cost of this 600 MW capacity plant, to be built on about three thousand hectares of land in Morena, will be around Rs 3500 crore.

About solar power plant

The special thing is that solar power plants usually provide electricity during the day, but the problem of supply after sunset will not arise in this plant. Actually, the electricity generated from the sun’s heat will be stored here during the day and electricity can be supplied from here at night when needed. After building this plant, the effort will be that Madhya Pradesh and UP can buy electricity from here within a period of 6 months. This will especially benefit those farmers during Rabi crops who are given electricity for irrigation at night.

But from this plant the government will be able to get electricity at the rate of Rs 4-5 per unit. Let us tell you that Madhya Pradesh is counted among the leading states in solar energy production. The world’s largest Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Power Plant is located in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, which produces 750 MW electricity. From this plant, 76 percent electricity is given to the power generation companies of Madhya Pradesh and 24 percent electricity is given to Delhi Metro.

Farmers will get help

After the construction of Morena’s solar plant, the problems of farmers can be solved. They will not face shortage of electricity for irrigation because a large part of the supply from this plant can be used in farming. In this plant, where the production work will be done during the day, it will be stored. That stored electricity can be used for purposes like irrigation at night. This electricity generated from solar can be used in other such works.
